It was really good value for what I paid . The breakfast is limited but good enough . It was very clean

Staff was really friendly at the front desk. The room was ready in the morning and they let me go up to my room unlike many places where they only let you in in the afternoon. Breakfast was good specially the croissants. Don’t ever change them for cheap store bought ones.

The room was too small and there was no water in the room I had to ask for it and they gave me some tap water also it was very noisy at night

Good location as hotel is near to bus and metro station. The hotel breakfast is simple yet adequate, coffee machine and juice machine are accessible 24 hours 🤩. Housekeeping is daily without charged as many others imposed fees. Late checkout is permitted up to 1pm even to 1:30pm for my case. Luggage storage at hotel is complimentary The room size is kind like small and luggage can’t open fully is the only short side for me.

The service at Sao Bento Hotel was good, easy to get to and near public transport with lots of restaurants around. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly , Hotel rooms were very clean, comfortable beds and lots of English Channels on TV to choose from. I will definitely be staying at Sao Bento again

Nice and kind staff. Enjoyed breakfast.

The location is excellent and a few walk to the metro. Also, I could reach most places just by walking. Nice room and very good breakfast. Available, patient, and helpful staff who could speak English very fluently. Great WIFI everywhere in the hotel.

One person at the reception (in the morning shift) was really helpful, he managed to save our NYE night. The room was too small, no place to be standing

The location is very good and close to the subway station. The cleanness is also good but some facilities seems not well maintained.

Pedi para trocar para uma cama de casal, mas trocaram meu quarto para duas camas juntas novamente, mas eu queria uma de casal! Mas tirando esse pequeno transtorno, o café da manhã era bom e o hotel era bem limpo!
