The list of things wrong with our experience is extensive The checkin process was complicated and frustrating. My husband compared it to 'Mission Impossible' When we finally got into the apartment building and up to the floor we were staying on, the smell was terrible. Sewage being covered up by air fresheners is the only way I can describe it. We went into our room, which was nice but only had 2 plugs and without AC we needed to have the fan plugged in at all times, which made charging our devices difficult. The smell was ok in our room as long as we had the window open. The shared bathroom we were closest to was in the common area and it smelled like exhaust fumes. It was so strong that there was no way I wanted to shower in there. We had planned to stay here for 1 night on either end of our trip as the location for airport access is good but after seeing it or rather smelling it, there was no way I wanted to stay again. We tried to cancel the 2nd night but the "no cancelation policy" was binding even though it was a week before our next night was booked. When we complained about the smell we were told "it is normal for shared bathrooms to smell" We tried to explain that the snell was everywhere and the bathroom smelled like a vehicle was spewing exhaust into it, but he just kept repeating that it was normal. So we forfeited our money and booked a different hotel. Definitely do not recommend. And there was really old freezer-burned food in the fridge freezer!
