Hotel Marques de Pombal recensioner

Nice location close to subway and downtown. Internet was ok and room was clean. I enjoyed the stay very much. Only the water pressure for the shower was pretty low.

I decided to get this hotel because of the Spa but at my check in they said is ta paid separately :( disappointed. Also it's a 4 stairs hotel BUT they do not provide iron for your clothes, I'm travelling for business then it was a really bad news. I liked the breakfast, location. This buiding is just front of the Metro station.

Everything and everyone was first class. Friendly, clean, great location - superb breakfast. Could have used a coffee maker in the room instead of instant coffee packets and a kettle.

Excellent location. Right next to the metro station. 20+ minutes to the airport.

Hotel staff was extremely helpful with directions and meeting my wife’s and my requests. The room was excellent and the breakfast buffet was outstanding!

Coldest welcome i've ever received for checkin. Concierge more helpful and he parked our car into hotel garage. Overnite parking is 15 euros per day. Good breakfast..5 kin walk to metro station. Beds comfortable but windows are not sound proof- woken by ambulance/ police siren twice

Extremely bad service, we have reserved a room for 2 people but the receptionist insisted that we only reserved a room for a single person, even though we have double confirmed with the trip com that we have really booked a room for 2 people. The reception charged us for 12 euro and wasted us 2 hours! And thus delayed our trip and we cannot have enough time to travel around the city . We puzzled why the receptionist only keep saying that it's the duty of the reservation department but none of her business, she didn't confirm with her colleagues as well 😕. Although finally trip com said that they will contact the hotel and will refund to us if it's their fault, no one compensated us for the travelling time lost nor the trip.com or the hotel

Good hotel with very good location.

This was an amazing hotel in Lisbon. Clean, well located and the staff super nice and willing to help. My experience in Portugal was awesome in a big part because of this hotel. Totally recommended!

1. 셔틀서비스가 있는지 온라인으로 질문했을때 응답이 없었음. 산타 아폴로니아 기차역에서 마르케스 폼발역으로 이동하여 출구 찾기 어려웠으나 밖으로 나온뒤에는 2-3분 거리에 호텔이 있었음 2. 조식뷔페가 12유로로 다른 호텔에 비해 저렴한 편이었으며, 구성은 적절했음.수박, 파인애플 등 과일이 신선했음. 가성비 좋음 3. 물이 제공되지 않았고 주변에 슈퍼가 없어서 냉장고 물을 마셨으며, 330ml 한병이 2.75유로였음. 다음날 슈퍼에서는 500ml가 0.69유로였음

交通便利，地鐵站出來就是，前台服務熱情，看到是遊客還幫忙介紹景點訊息，房間本身有較多的洗漱備品，衞生條件也可以。

Es un hotel moderno, instalaciones y habitaciones muy limpias. La atención en recepción ha sido muy amable. Quizás la única observación que tengo es que el desayuno es escaso y pocas alternativas para escoger.
