Good location. Good water quality. Nice breadfast but if the breadfast timing can be early will be must more better (7:30am a bit late) Some staff very friendly and helpful

Bad smell in the room, extremely humid room. Terrible bathroom. Bad breakfast.

獨棟的房子，整體很正規的樣子。最差的是床，上鋪一動，就吱呀吱呀響。再有就是沒有私隱床簾。其他設施齊全，西式早餐普通但基本的都具備。位置還算方便，就是這條街上人不多。

My fiancé and I (26 & 27 years old) stayed here July 3-7. We stayed in a private room next to the bathrooms that are shared between the 3 private rooms on the first floor. The bathrooms had a few toilet stalls, 2 sinks, 1 shower, and a handicapped larger shower that had its own private sink. The room itself had functioning AC and was relatively quiet although the floor board creaked when walking around. The Wi-Fi worked throughout the entire hostel. The hostel is located in a very central area within walking distance from seeing the sights as well as restaurants and train stations. There is 24 hour reception, and despite what some reviews say, the staff we dealt with were nice. The breakfast buffet was alright - stocked with milk and cereal, buns, cheese, cold cuts, and coffee. It was relatively easy to meet others in the hostel during breakfast time as the tables are large, so you are able to sit with others. The view from the breakfast room was over a few orange roofed buildings and the ocean - quite beautiful. I would stay again for the price, but depending on how much the breakfast option costs, it might be worth it to opt out and find a nearby restaurant that is cheap and good.

My stay at the Lisb'on hostel was marred by a challenging experience. Despite their claim of weekly cleaning, our room was infested with bed bugs, affecting all 8 of us. The blame was wrongly placed on us. Dust buildup under the bunks and poorly maintained restrooms added to the discomfort. The Peruvian employee with long hair provided unhelpful customer service, and the manager's behavior was unacceptable, including verbal abuse. A promise of an alternative hotel for fumigation led us to an even worse place with moldy tubs and cash-only payment. Paying 240 euros out of pocket for a night for all 8 of us was unexpected. After a 5-day runaround, the promise of reimbursement was unfulfilled. Overall, a terrible experience that I would never recommend to anyone.

The women at reception were totally rude, imagine that they didn’t say me not even “welcome”. The last day I let my keycard on bed and I had to pay 2,50 euro (of course, it was my fault) but she was so rude and so unfriendly without any reason! The beds and the floor are made by wood and it causes such a noises when people just move a step.

The accommodation and the equipment are really perfect. The front desk staff is available 24 hours a day. One small note: the reception staff is very polite, except for the rather heavy set lady who never answers to "Hello!" "Bom dia !". The elevator is working perfectly. I highly recommend it.

Average hostel. Nothing special at all. Beds comfy. The 2 young men when I checked in were very nice and friendly.. however, different story the next day. A pouch I had with me that contained essential medicine + supplements/vitamins was stolen. I eventually found the pouch itself in the toilets with the contents not in it. I reported it to the 2 girls on the desk who didn't seem to care at all. 1 in particular was very rude, whilst I was speaking to her colleague she was singing over me whilst at the desk. Strange and rude. I'm very easily pleased but this hostel wasn't to my taste in any way shape or form. You can get better quality and better staff elsewhere.

Thais was lovely, professional, super helpful. The location is a "10", walk to Chiado, train. Room was amazing, super clean. Really great value for $. Bed was great, hot shower and high ceilings, close to TimeOut, 5 min walk to Rossio shopping
