In general worth the price. The pillow was not clean as it had blood stain on it… not sure how thoroughly it was cleaned before my arrival

靠近Rossio地鐵，機場來去方便。位於老城區到聖胡斯塔升降機走路三四分鐘就到了，其他熱門景點也很近。共享廚房，洗手間，需要做飯很方便。店家whatsapp遠程辦理入住，會發給你進入主門密碼，然後樓梯到二樓灰色大門也有個密碼。進入就是每個房間，沿着廚房往裡走還有另一個廚房和好幾間房。缺點是沒有電梯。鑰匙在門旁邊這個黑色盒子裏，酒店給你個密碼，你輸入後按住左邊那個按鈕往下掰，鑰匙扣在盒子裏。

침대 매트리스가 메모리폼으로 아주 편했어요
3박을 했는데, 매일 방을 정리해주었어요
공용주방과 공용샤워 & 화장실을 사용했는데~ 많이 불편하지 않았어요, 시차로 인해 새벽일찍 밥먹고, 일찍 씻어서 다른 숙박객과 마주치지 않았어요

Прекрасное место, удобно расположено, но немного шумно советую взять беруши. Есть кухня несколько туалетов и ванных, ни разу не стояла в очереди, везде всё чисто.

Location- excellent in the centre of Baixa area. About max 3- 5 minute walk to centre. Cleaniness- very clean even the shared lounge areas. I had a private bathroom which was super clean Customer service- easy online remote check in through WhatsApp Cost- very cheap for location and service. Facilities- fresh towels, hair dryer and ample tea foffee available Highly recommend it.

The hotel is l9cat3d on Rua de dos Fanqueros in the ❤️ of Baixia Pombalina. Nearby attractions: miraduro de Santa Justa, Rossio, Chiado, Bairro Alto and Alfama, Praia de Comercio, Praia de Figuera, tram 28. The guesthouse was very ,very central, super clean and super affordable. We got a room with private bath. Free wifi. Are you tech affectionate? This is not for you: no elevators and 3 flight to climb. I loved and missed the guesthouse, I will return to Lisboa and Baixia

++ Appreciate that staff were helpful and let me dropped my luggage there a few hours before checking in. Rained heavily that day and my bag got soaked in water. ++ Nice view from my room I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor, which is fine even though there’s no elevator. Opened the window and you could see pedestrians in the neighborhood - - poor sound proof Walls were made of wood instead of bricks. You would be woken up by steps on the floor and the sound of shutting the door. Couldn’t sleep at all. - - somehow they asked me to pay for the room afterwards, which turned out it was a misunderstanding as I already paid. Kinda annoying when you have to explain everything in the middle of the night - - the key code system downstairs didn’t work when I got back. I waited for someone to open the door since there’s no staff

Managers cancelled my booking 1.5 hours AFTER I was supposed to check-in. Me and my husband were left scrambling to find a place to stay for the night, dragging our heavy luggage around town. Obviously ended up paying significantly more than we intended for a one-night stay due to the guesthouse's very last minute cancellation of our booking. It was a terrible feeling to be cancelled on at the literal last moment, and not know where to go or what to do, with a flight the next day. I was then assured I would at least get my money back for the stay - which NEVER came. So lost the booking in the last minute AND never got a cent back. I would absolutely not recommend this place. There are plenty of other places in the area at a similar price point that won't leave you stranded - and providing you have adequate notice, you can easily book them.

Close to city centre, clean and tidy… inexpensive, only problem is for those who don’t like stairs there is no elevator in building and climbing three floors after all day walking is a bit challenge!
