Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. 1. This is not a hotel, this is an old house, purchased by a hotel and renovated in Airbnb style. For top floors there's a luggage elevator (not for humans), for lower floor there's stairs. 2. We had the lower floor, basement where you can hear the metro and there are cockroaches. No proper windows, small room with bad smell. Hard to describe this smell but it's definitely unhealthy. 3. We got lucky because our flight was cancelled and we lost 2 nights in this "hotel". 1 night in this hotel was more than enough. Originally I booked 3 nights. 4. I tried to get a refund for 2 nights that we lost, since our flight was cancelled. Of course they didn't agree to refund, they care only about your money. Then I asked for an upgrade to the room because basement rooms are terrible. And they wanted me to pay extra for the other room. So I paid for 3 nights, slept only 1 night and they also wanted to charge me extra for a different room. 5. There is no reception in that building! In order to check in and out you have to go to their actual hotel LX Soho. Which is pretty close but if you have luggage it's a big pain. And if you need anything from the reception, there is no way to contact them. The only good thing about this place is that they have wifi. P.S. the towels are dirty.

A bit noisy, it is because of metro, and if ither guests using the shower, it will make noise too

Loved every single day there, the location was good the metro is literally not even a minute away, the breakfast was amazing, the service people were great we became friends with some. Overall the stay was absolutely fantastic. Thanks to the stuff.

It was really close to metro. Room was very clean and as shown in the photos. Upper floors are not reachable by elevator unfortunately. Bed could have been larger.

Chambre a sous sols pas de fenêtres, odeur a humidité, le métro passé à côté très bruyant. Vous entendez parler à des personnes qui marchent dans la rue , pour prendre le petit déjeuner c'est dans un autre hôtel à environ 50 m de traverser la rue , lit pas très bien confortable

Хорошие апартаменты, единственное, что я не заметила, что нет окон. Просыпаться довольно тяжело в постоянной темноте. Другой момент над которым нужно серьезно поработать это check-in. Люди приезжая к апартаментам не понимают куда им идти. Само здание с апартаментами закрыто. Нужно идти 100 метров на ресепшен отеля, чтобы получить ключ. Почему не присылают эту информацию в день заселения?? Люди потеряны и не знают, что им делать, а это самое неприятное, когда ты уставший приезжаешь в город и хочешь быстрее получить свое жилье.

My stay at Lisboa 85 Suites & Apartments was simply wonderful! The hotel is very well located, close to several tourist attractions and public transport, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs.

Checked in quite late (around 11pm) - the studios need a key card to open the door which we didn't have - you need to cross the road and go right to the to the LX SOHO (a few doors down) to get a key card from reception. First night we were in 405 which was a little small and had an IKEA sofabed .... next day we were able to switch to 404 which had a nice double bed and a little more space. The apartments are very handy for the walk into town - thoroughly recommended.

Prima hotel. 3 nachten verbleven. Rustig gelegen maar toch in het centrum. Alles op een prima loopafstand . Hotel netjes en schoon, douches prima, ontbijt prima, vriendelijk personeel. Parkeren kan in garage hotel, 15 euro per dag. Aanrader!

Edifico bem localizado, equipa muito simpática e quarto bem limpo. Apesar do check-in e o pequeno almoço ser feito noutro edifício, fomos muito bem acolhidos e tudo correu conforme expectável. Voltaríamos a este alojamento sem problema.

Wir haben dort drei Nächte verbracht. Zuerst zum positiven, man ist schnell in der Stadt. Das war es auch. Wir haben ein Zimmer im Keller bekommen, jede S-Bahn war zu hören und es kam einem so vor als wenn alles vibriert. An der Wand waren zudem Schimmelsporen und nachts laufen Ratten oder andere kleine Tiere durch die Zwischendecken. Das schlimmste aber und was das Fass zum Überlaufen gebracht hat, waren Kakerlaken welche durch unser Zimmer gelaufen sind. Wir sind daraufhin direkt zur Rezeption, da kein anderes Zimmer mehr frei war, konnten sie uns keines mehr anbieten. Sie hatten dann gesagt, dass wir uns ein anderes Hotel für die letzte Nacht mieten sollen und das dann von denen erstattet wird. Man hätte dies aufgenommen und würde es dann mit unserer Buchungsagentur klären. Nichts ist davon passiert, eine Erstattung sei auf einmal nicht möglich.
