The hotel is under new management and they have done a lot of renovations to the rooms. They are still renovating the restaurant space and the hall ways. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They have lighted mirrors in the bathroom and one in the main room. Staff is helpful and there are several good restaurants nearby.

We made a reservation. Convenient on-site parking. The hotel was under renovation and did not look in good condition. Upon arrival we tried to check in and learned our reservation was available but not to the room quality and accommodation reserved. After some negotiation and clarification we obtained a new room fitting our needs and received a discount. A great come back from the reception desk. Once we arrived our room, all was sparkling new and in great condition. Great beds for good night's rest with the noise for the adjacent railway tracks! The onsite restaurant is closed for renovation. A good experience.

No breakfast, as Website states. Under construction but was never told that. Bedding smells awful. Bedding looks clean but musty smelling. Friends in other rooms say the same. AC sounds like a plane revving up. No working outlets on right side of bed. No plastic cups in bathroom. One tiny tiny bar of soap to bathe. Security lock on door missing . And this is supposedly a renovated room

Extremely clean, quaint, cute little stay in Little Falls. I'm moving from the southwest back to New Hampshire, and I pulled over in Little Falls around midnight. The Little Falls Rodeway Inn had a cheap room. I'm quite happy with the accommodation.

One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. I booked a king room on the ground floor, and when we got there, I was given a handicapped queen room that looked like it had been updated in 1982. The entire place was just dirty and unpleasant. The kid at the front desk was nice enough, and apologetic, but reality is the place ******.

Check-in was quick and easy. Room was clean and adequate. Very close to restaurants and shops. Staff pleasant. Excellent Italian restaurant within walking distance. Definitely would stay here again! Chris, Fairhaven, Massachusetts

The hotel is located in a great area to enjoy the town and mining in the area. Also the is a theater in the motel. The rooms aren’t luxurious but adequate and clean and a good value for the money. The staff is polite and helpful.

This hotel was adequate for an overnight stay. It's old and needs to be updated. Room was clean but could hear the neighbors as if they were in the room with us! I'm assuming Wyndham will be upsetting this hotel since they took over the chain.
