I'm really confused by the positive reviews of this place. I was duped because I stayed here based on all the positive reviews. I disagree with everything in those reviews. Once we checked in, my husband questioned my sanity because we normally stay at better places. I explained that I did my research on Trip Advisor. He pulled up Yelp reviews and they were way more on target. I would suggest doing that before making the same mistake I did. This place was terrible from the outset. We were treated poorly upon arrival. We arrived at 3:00 p.m. The rude woman at the front desk told us there were no check-in until 4:00 by pointing to a big sign in front of her desk that stated check-ins start at 4:00 p.m. . We brought in our luggage and sat in the lobby watching her let other guests check-in before 4:00p.m. When we finally were able to get a room, it was disgusting. There was a terrible smell, moldy trim in the bathroom, outdated, peeling furniture and dirty carpet. Many of the towels were dirty. The hot water was just a trickle. The phone in the room was covered in layers of grime. The shower curtain was torn at the top and would not stretch around the curtain rod. Overall it was one of the worst hotels I have seen in over a decade. There was not a refrigerator in the room. We asked for one and the person at the desk told us there were no refrigerators in the entire hotel. At this point, we had become so disgusted, I called Hilton customer service to see if it would be possible to move to a different Hilton property in Little Rock. They were of no help. They put me on hold and called the front desk. Once the front desk answered, they Hilton rep just connected us. We were told we needed to come get the keys for our new room. I asked why we were getting a new room and the lady told us there "might" be a fridge in the new room on the 9th floor because that's set aside for flight crews and they are the only people who get refrigerators. We dragged our luggage downstairs, got the new keys and went to the 9th floor. It was the same as the 10th floor - gross and no fridge. Luckily we were only in town for two days. When we walked by the front desk on our way out for dinner, I just shook my head and said, "No fridge." When we returned to the room later that night, there was a fridge. That was the only good thing about this hotel - it only took hours of frustration to get a fridge. I can't image what it would have taken to get a clean room. Probably not possible!
