This hotel is a 5 star gem. What makes a 5 star rating for me? The service I receive. I don’t hand out 5 stars based one stay. I have been coming to The Burgundy for 3 years. I stay at least a week at a time sometimes 2. This hotel always provides superb, above exceptional service. In todays age where employees come and go I have not witnessed a turnover of employees. I am always greeted warmly, made to feel welcome and appreciated. The rooms are comfortable and clean, clean, clean! The reason for this review after 3 years. I checked in last night and noticed on my mobile app I had been upgraded. Always nice. It happened to be my birthday and I thought this might be the reason. Mia the manager and Clarence were working the front desk. Once Mia found out it was my birthday she arranged a bottle of Rose to be delivered along with a meal of my choice from their restaurant. Mia did not have to do this. The upgrade was surprise enough. But…. That’s how this hotel rolls. Always going above and beyond for their guests. I have seen this time and time again not just for me but for other guests. This hotel and their staff takes great pride in making their guest feel special. If you are looking to stay at a property that understands guest service this is your place! Thank you to the staff last night for making my birthday and this stay a memorable one!

FRAGRANCE ALERT! As soon as the front doors open there is an over whelming sweet/perfume smell. If you are sensitive to strong perfume don't stay here. The rooms are great and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. We used the pool before leaving and it was very nice. If it wasn't for the fragrance throughout the hotel I would give it a 5.

Really cool hotel! Exceptionally clean and smelled amazing. So glad we found this place. However, breakfast was supposed to open at 7 am, and by the time we left at 8 am it still was not open because some one apparently did not show up? Then upon our departure we asked for water (as Hilton Honors members) and were told that this hotel “doesn’t do that.” Even if that is the case, it may have been the last they could have done for my hungry 6 old.

This is an excellent hotel choice. We booked the only suite they have……it was amazing! It’s definitely one I’d book again if it that area. We were celebrating our 39th anniversary. They have an onsite restaurant which has very good food! We did not dine in but room service did not disappoint! The check in was easy and staff is very attentive and can offer information for the surrounding area.

We only stayed here for one night recently. I’ll start by saying that the hotel has a great location. It feels safe. We checked in via app with no issues. Prior to checking in, Clarence stayed in touch with us and even made a courtesy call. I can appreciate that. The hotel’s decor was very nice and the layout of the suite was very nice. It has great space. Traveling as a family, we need space. Upon entering the room though, we noticed multiple stains on the couch. We had an appointment immediately after check-in so I wasn’t able to complete my full inspection. When we returned, we wanted to go straight to bed. We had a double room so I did a quick check over one bed and the other I didn’t inspect so well. In the middle of the night, we noticed stains on the second bed. The stains were on the pillows too. It looked like hair dye but who knows. There’s no way the cleaning staff could have missed these stains. Very disappointing. The room was showing signs of wear and tear, but not too bad to complain about. I will say that the front desk staff was nice and accommodating. My main concerns about hotels are safety and cleanliness. It’s the oversight of the cleanliness of the bed that impacted the rating. Would I stay here again, not sure. It may not be my first choice, but I can’t say that it wouldn’t happen.

The Burgundy Hotel is located in West Little Rock, Arkansas. It has a boutique charm but with business convenience, which is why I chose it. It’s the first boutique hotel in West Little Rock. Located in the heart of the business district, it provides easy access to local restaurants, making it an ideal spot for business meetings. The hotel's suite-type rooms are spacious and easy to work in. Guests can also enjoy a refreshing dip in the hotel's pool. If there is a good pool, I always try to get some Vitamin D for a few hours. The dining options surrounding the hotel are exceptional, with numerous great restaurants just a stone's throw away. The on-site restaurant, Table 28, is one of the best. At the helm is Chef Scott Rains, a Top Chef participant.

Excellent property. Immaculate, well designed and tastefully decorated. The restaurant is awesome, as is the bartender Lee. Kudos to the desk manager Clarence, who is welcoming and dedicated to making sure you have a wonderful stay. This is a quiet boutique hotel perfect for business or leisure travel. Can’t say enough good things about it,

This was our first time staying at this location. The room was spacious and clean. Our only complaint was with the opening time of the breakfast restaurant. We had to get an early start to get to an appointment and the restaurant was still dark at 6:15 when we were told it would open at 6:00 a.m. We ended up leaving without having the chance to try it out. I hope we have the chance to stay here again in the future.

Arrived at the hotel at around midnight to check in and stood by the door for 15-20 minutes, no one was at the desk, in the office, or answering the phone to the front desk. Eventually a person finally showed up, unapologetic saying they were busy. I would recommend that a sign is posted or there's a way ro contact the front desk while away. My second concern, at 8:38am while I was getting dressed, cleaning service knocked ONCE and opened my door without any acknowledgement or check that I was inside the room before I could make presence known. I would stay away from this Hotel until they can fix some of these issues; we've had a sadly very negative experience. It's a shame because the rooms are gorgeous and the place has potential and we wished very much for it to be a pleasant stay
