Sincerely, I wished I’ve had read all the reviews on this website before I booked my hotel room at The la Quinta. The staff were very nice to me, so I can’t complain about them. However, the hotel itself needs a better cleaning crew . The pool was green, the elevator smelled badly. And the two rooms that I was placed in were so filthy that I couldn’t compromise my health staying in. Compared to most of the hotels in the area, this hotel was the cheapest place and I thought it would be fine if it were outdated because the location is perfect. Yet, I never thought the issue would be the disrespect to the paying guests. I was in for a sad surprise. It’s such disrespect to the guests, not having simple basic staff, such as a clean room, towels, shampoo, bedding so on . And also the stress level has been very difficult for any pf us. I had to scramble to find another hotel room and pay a lot more, plus losing money since I had to cancel the reservation for this room last minute. We’re paying customers and we can’t compromise our health. We are not asking much here. Just the basics .
