Great staff and rooms! They are very clean and the hospitality srrvices from management anf front desk has been above what I've expected! My employees and I are enjoying our time with you all. We will be returning soon

The pillows are real fluffy. The beds are comfortable! The decor of the room is brilliant! The kitchen staff made sure that there wasn’t a lack of any of the items that were served. I appreciated the hustle of the kitchen staff. I loved the enthusiasm! Each staff member went above and beyond to provide anything that was needed to make my stay here great! Anne is exceptional when it comes to guest services. She is task-driven, and provided services in a prompt manner! Any hospitality and guest services industries should have an “Anne” on staff. In my slang usage, “Get you an “Anne”!

Room was clean and quiet. Though we could hear the neighbors tv while in the hall, we heard nothing once in our room. Breakfast was excellent. Many choices and even though we seemed to be the last to arrive, a great selection and quantity remained! Great job!

The pool was extremely cold and the splash pad dose not work. The bedroom was very nice and spacious. The front desk agent was polite. They have a pretty well stocked snack area. Over all decent hotel if only the pool and play area for the kids worked it would have got 5 stars. Sense I picked this location strictly on the kids amenities them not working brought the rating down drastically.

Besides being clean and comfortable, the hotel staff was incredibly accommodating! I booked directly with their general manager Nancy Stafford, who gave me a great group rate for our youth group and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be staying at the 11 Crossings Court location in Little Rock again!!!

Person left note they were in the bathroom. Waited 45 min and no person at the desk. Phone went to voivemail. Me and about 8 other people just sitting at the desk waiting. Never again. Very disappointed. Most of us down here are needing sheets for the pull out couches because there are none in the room.

All the staff were great, especially Anne at the front desk. This hotel has the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had. Room was very clean and quiet, in a nice part of town, convenient to the interstate. We'll definitely stay here again!

This hotel is very pleasant, comfortable, and has a nice attentive staff. The sheets are nice, the room spacious, and very clean. The area around is filled with lots of food and shopping options, very nice part of town to stay in. I highly recommend it!

Room was very clean and spacious! The staff were all very friendly and helpful! They have anything that you could need during your stay even if you forget something. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone for business or pleasure travel.
