The place its the definition of relaxation, bringing your kids here, they will play by the pool all day, it even has a mini bar for all the needs.

Excellent staff everyone is very helpful the view from the balcony with the pool on the side it makes it beautiful very nice definitely visiting again

We stayed at the Hotel in September and had a lovely time. The weather could have been kinder . Stavroula and Kristina are excellent at their multi tasking roles. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Rooms were cleaned every day towels every other. We hired a car which is a must really for Kefalonia and especially for staying at this hotel as it is quite a distance from tavernas or town and local beaches . Breakfast was continental and lovely all fresh and constantly replenished and plentiful. I have seen the reviews of propel saying it was terrible etc. well can tell you from my experience it certainly was not. Lots of choice and extremely fresh . I have nothing bad to say about this hotel . I would definitely go back

Really pretty little hotel, which is kept spotlessly clean everywhere. The pool is lovely and we used it daily. The hotel is mainly run by 2 sisters who speak English and nothing was too much trouble for either of them. The rooms all have fridges and air conditioning and a small balcony. The hotel serves breakfast which is continental and this is a area they could improve on with the choices available. We had breakfast included in our deal, but if you don’t, it’s 12 euros each. There are 2 floors and you go downstairs for breakfast. There is no lift, so not good for disabled people. However, they had put my brother and his wife in a second floor room, but when they saw how he struggled with the stairs, they moved them the next morning to a lower floor and gave them a fantastic room. Snacks are served throughout the day and the poolside bar is open until late in the evening. There aren’t any kettles in the rooms, but when I asked, we were given one. This gem of a place is a bit out of the way, so you really need a car to get around. There are lots of lovely restaurants within 5 minutes driving and I highly recommend the Olive Grove, which is 5 minutes drive away.

My experience wasn't pleasant some amenities needs necessarily to be replaced. Even though we made a compaint nothing changed.In addition, breakfast was unacceptable, for sure, not value for money. I have attached some photos below.

The service from the sisters was brilliant, they couldn’t do more for us and made our stay lovely. Breakfast was good and rooms clean. You need to rent a car to get around but this would be the case wherever you stayed in Kefolonia, as it’s an island to explore! Hotel was 10 mins from airport, 15 mins from Lassi, 15 mins from Argostoli and so it was perfect. If we wanted to go into town to drink we got a taxi (€20 per way). Georgia was really friendly in the evening and ensured we were looked after. Sad to see people moan about the location, those people probably didn’t research before and realise you need to hire a car. We explored the whole island and had the best time doing it.
