We can’t tell you how much we loved this hotel and staff, if your used to quiet hotels this isnt for you but we have kids that sleep through hurricanes 🤣 we didn’t mind the noise. The staff were so amazing, helpful and friendly that we can’t wait to go back. We was upgraded immediately because of our 2 children and the room we had was amazing and big. We can’t thank the staff enough for all there help with places to go and things to do, and also just the chat when we returned from days out, we loved it so much we booked an extra day…..thank you to Pete and all the staff for an amazing stay, if you want normal don’t go here but if your like us and love the unusual and amazing art work this hotel has to offer this is up your street like ours 👍🏻 thank you again and we will see you all soon xx

The room done the job for what it was but I wouldn’t dare walk on the floor without socks on. Towel just sprawled on the side in the bathroom and there was no amenities at all not even soap. The fridge didn’t work which wasn’t the end of the world. The bed was comfy but there was specs of grit in the bed. The service from the staff was good The bathroom was also disgusting

Superb stay the staff were super friendly and helpful as we had been let down at another hotel and arrived in Liverpool with no place to stay

Excellent hotel. Room was massive and clean. Jacuzzi in bathroom was great too.

Bathroom taps come off the door handles come off and the noise from the club below was crazy

Hotel in the city center with friendly staff. We had a spacious room with comfortable beds. Good to know that there is a nightclub in the building (open until 05 am) and during our stay, there were one or several other guests that played loud music from more or less 03 to 06 am. The hotel is great if you are there for a late party night, not so much if you appreciate a good nights sleep.

Hotel is located near main nightlife attractions , near restaurants and bars , however pictures online are nothing like hotel in real life. Hotel needs proper lick of paint feels old and dirty . It’s very noisy at night , floors are squeaky and our bathroom had only warm water not hot and taps didn’t work correctly. Fridge was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep at night . Overall I wouldn’t book that place again. Room was big , that was the only positive bonus of the stay . Staff was polite and they allowed us to keep luggage in storage while we were waiting for check in, but we couldn’t use toilet as there was apparently no toilets at the reception. You need to pay also high holding deposit of £100 before you check in. We got one hotel room card between us 3, and if you loose your card you need to pay £25 . This place is maybe good for hen parties , for one night stay only where you are not in hotel for long. Check out is at 11am , so that’s also kind of standard in Liverpool as check in is late also only 15:00pm . Overall we loved Liverpool, nice people but hotel not so much .

Really nice big room! Bit noisy around night with the club just below us but very nice!

No doubt that the location was perfect and the receptionist was really kind and helpful but the room was not nice to stay at. Bed cover had stains on, no ventilation in toilet, really dark room, room was not clean, etc… and most importantly, the hotel is above bars and club, the room was not soundproof at all even with windows closed. For easy sleepers, this would be fine but if not I would not recommend.

Great trip to this hotel. Staff were super friendly and even upgraded us for free to a massive room. Would highly recommend staying here again.

Another great stay in a very quirky hotel. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay at the Arthouse and will definitely be back soon.

When we first got there, the staff were lovely, the TV in our room had been broken by the previous people (they were very apologetic) they gave us a speaker to use instead. I got in the bath before heading out but there was rose petals off the previous people that was in before us (three, so defo not there on purpose) The thing that made this hotel unsleepable was the noise from the clubs surrounding it. I didn’t realise this was located right next to the night life of Liverpool! The room was bouncing with music from clubs until 4am. I managed to get to sleep about 1:30am after tossing and turning. But then at 2:50am a group of girls came in and started banging on our door and wouldn’t stop laughing and carrying on. We got back to sleep but then again at 3:30am they knocked on our door again. Then when we woke up to have our coffee in the morning, I had to clean the kettle out as it had some weird stuff in it. Don’t know what it was but it was very powdery. If you just want a hotel to get some sleep in then don’t come to this hotel. I want to add, the service off the front of house staff were lovely. It is just a shame about the other things.
