Maldron Hotel Liverpool City Centre recensioner

The room was uncomfortably cold at night due to non-adjustable central heating. The shower design caused water to leak all over the floor, no matter how careful we were. We found a black hair on the bathroom floor and reported it, but it was never cleaned. On arrival, our room door was left half open, and we found used napkins in the bathroom — only removed after we complained. There was also a large, dirty industrial air purifier in the room, which staff claimed was normal, though it took up space and looked unpleasant. Overall, the experience was far from what we expected.

The hotel location is very convenient. The facility is ok and the hygiene is good. But cannot feel any warm welcome from the service staff. Just finish the check in and check out process without any smile.

The location is perfect for solo traveling. Great service. Easy to check in. But remember to bring toothpaste and toothbrush. They don’t provide it.
