Spacious room and worth of price. Friendly environment and tasty breakfast. Great to have 30 mins. Free WiFi for every 24 hours. Good location.

Nice clean budget hotel in the centre of Liverpool , friendly staff and a comfy bed , everything I needed and with bars , shops and train stations within walking distance I would definitely recommend 👍

Friendly staff while checking always like to book here as its in a nice quiet area at night and not too far from everything in the city

La ubicación excelente para visitar todos los puntos de interés. El desayuno buffet tipo continental esta bien. Lo negativo es que no te hacen la habitación y que la conexión a internet es pésima, si quieres wifi tienes 30’ al dia gratis, sino tienes que pagar 3 libras al día.

Good location for weekend stay, slightly cheaper than the other hotels in the city but still offer the food & drink facilities if you wanted to stay in the hotel. I would stay there again when next in Liverpool.

Booked an overnight so we could stay over while staying at caravan site in Southport ,came on train .Needed something cheap and clean and that's what we got .Bathroom very clean but small .Superoom big ,hairdryer ,ironing board,iron and fan ,which we had on low as it was mild night for October .Yes one of my pillows was a bit lumpy but I managed. Large window remained open so could hear road noise ,I use earplugs so no problem so would advise to bring them .Bed was comfy enough if a bit squeaky .Staff kept our bags so we could explore and spend the day visiting museums etc .Also spent 1st day in Cavern Club and Cavern Pub £7.50 all day ticket ,great value to see great musicians .We also paid an extra £10 to check in early 12.00 which is handy if you want to get showered n changed .Would stay again as great location for Moorfield Station and things we like to do

The 2 staff members that we really saw ( on checking in and checking out ) were very polite and helpful . I just found the bed uncomfortable. We had a stained pillowcase and bedsheet . The double window didn't lock I assume it was to help the room stay quieter which it didn't as it wouldn't lock . I was disappointed that you have to ask at reception for a hairdryer rather than them being already in the rooms . Also the bathroom didn't have ventilation . The room was only the whole clean although the bathroom sink was very slow at emptying .

Ideally located within the City Centre for access to all the attractions, pubs and restaurants are only a short distance away. Friendly staff and a quiet environment for a good nights sleep.

Hotel very basic but reflected in price, very clean and not noisy considering its central location. Staff couldn’t have been nicer, all very helpful & friendly. Nice bar & restaurant in hotel. Shops, bars & restaurants in close proximity. Would definitely stay again for convenience.

chosen for its reputation and price. Not let down. Friendly welcome and great room on the fifth floor away from any possible noise. Room large enough to contain two sofas but none! bed comfortable, spare pillowsbathroom clean but tight. Fluffy towels and instant hot water. Great breakfast and easy check out. Position perfect, a short walk around the block to some great choices of pubs and restaurants.

Hotel clean and well presented. Ideal location. Friendly pleasant staff. Have stayed before and would stay again.

The staff here are lovely. Sadly the comfort of the beds were tick hard. Pillows lumpy. We went for the ‘super’ in the hope of a better option. Sadly not so. I would suggest to save the 11 for a breakfast. Windows crittle and falling apart. Coffee machine was dirty and not working. The sheets were a little itchy and old. The building is very old. One of the lifts did not work. That’s the negative and I’m sorry to write it because the hotel is in a perfect place right near the docks. Right near the centre. All walkable. Perfect. The staff were lovely and can not fault them. It is clearly a lack of investment to upgrade which is a shame for the lovely people that work for there.. It wasn’t horrendous and is manageable if you know ahead of time what to expect. Hope this helps.
