good location, comfortable bed and got nice view cons: shower pressure, gym is too old and needs updated machines  needs hd tv in 2025 not lcd

Awesome service and hotel. Friendly staff, great food and the pool and spa were great to use also. Would highly recommend and stay again!!

Stayed in this hotel many times definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine.

The only downside was with "TRIP.COM" themselves, as when booking my room for 2 adults and one child, the conformation confirmed so, but when checking in the room was booked for 2 adults only, the manageress explained it was not their fault , and told me that this is not the first time that this has occured and we the guests are left bewilderd why this can happen, "SO TRIP.COM PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND SORT THIS MESS OUT, from Paul

Great location close to the docks and city centre. Hotel staff were all so friendly and attentive. The pool and gym facilities were a nice touch to relax. Breakfast was self serve which had lots of choice.

Was a little disappointed with our stay unfortunately, we chose this hotel due to it having a pool which was freezing so not a great start, and a few small things like loose taps in the bathroom and the plug was stuck in the bath which meant we were stood in cold water while showering, the breakfast was good and the staff were great but 4 star hotel it was not.

很棒的酒店，位置在利物浦港邊上，中心位置，出門就是美惠三女神，去這裏大部份景點都可以步行半小時範圍內到達。酒店設施符合歐洲五星標準，服務人員很友善，特別是門口的老爺爺，穿着笑容都很紳士。下次來利物浦還會住這家酒店！

景觀很好，位置好。

泊車方便，衛生極好

房間較小，還不錯

設施：老舊 房間內尤其明顯 衞生：非常乾淨 服務：工作人員盡職盡責 老門僮穿的很英哈哈 環境：附近遊玩購物吃飯都很方便
