Couldnt fault this place, come up everytime i go to watch the mighty reds, always accomadating and friendly, lovelly garden area. And a very good price. Bus in to town is a 1 minute walk, Always been helpful with any querys

I stayed in the ground floor bedroom through the kitchen and utility, access to the garden via my own door (although I didn't use it). This property is very good value, it's a room in a shared house, think private hostel room more than B&B. I heard no noise from the resident dogs. The key safe system to get in worked perfectly for me. If you're a light sleeper or like a dark bedroom, it's probably not the place for you. Paper thin walls and TV on next door loudly and till late.... If you're looking for off street parking, a family home environment, have ear plugs and not bothered about breakfast, it's a good option. I did have a kettle and tea, coffee, sugar, milk in the room, which was nice.
