Holiday Inn Express Liverpool - Royal Albert Dock recensioner

It is a beautiful hotel and the location is fabulous. However, the room is a bit old. Besides, some of the staff are not quite friendly.

Perfect location for a weekend in Liverpool, quiet and out of the city for good sleep but only 5 mins extra walk compared to staying at a central hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast was fantastic

Absolutely perfect stay exactly where we wanted to be. Staff were helpful friendly. Rooms We're lovely, clean, comfortable, and had everything you would need. Breakfast was brilliant, fresh fruit, full English pancakes pastrys Looking forward to my next stay.

Second time at this hotel, clean and helpful staff only thing letting it down is the size of the lifts. Didn't take my mobility scooter as didn't think it would fit in lift

Booked this one as I have stayed in it about 7 yrs ago. Main reason being proximity to the ACC. Things were different this time hence a Bit disappointed. Accessing the lounge can be a challenge for people with mobility problems. Average quality breakfast. Quite disappointing to know that the WiFi access was not available in the rooms and so have move to the reception area each time (I am a overseas business traveler and don’t have unlimited internet access on my mobile devices). Otherwise staff were helpful. Probably would go for a different accommodation next time

The location was perfect near the dock. The view from the room was awesome as well. It is in the Liverpool central area and the surroundings are very vibrant. There are multiple holiday inn express so be careful with the location. The parking is available for a charge in the private parking areas. The breakfast was good with vegetarian options available. It was a very pleasant stay overall. Thanks Holiday Inn Express!

Lovely and friendly staff. Always willing to go above and beyond. Would be happy to stay with you again. Clean and comfortable room. Slept well. Breakfast was lovely, hot and plenty to choose from. Thankyou. For helping us celebrate our wedding anniversary.

Absolutely fab hotel. Staff couldn’t do enough! Room with views to die for of the Mersey and the eye. Recommend the breaky- busy but food maintained and hot. Would stay again!
