Clean and soo close to the train station, across the road. Kept my luggage there easier to commute around the centre. Liverpool 1 is just 6min walk.

Staff are very friendly and kind , offering early check in for us . Wonderful !

早餐還行，地點絕佳，出車站就是，免費Wi-Fi 連訊息都要跑很久，幾乎到了不能用的地步，他的高速WiFi 24小時五鎊

超級方便的位置

Great location just across from Lime Street station. Upon arrival reception was busy but our check in was friendly and efficient. We needed to eat promptly when the restaurant opened at 5.30 as we had tickets for the theatre so the receptionist suggested we pre-order our food. We did this and it all worked perfectly. Food was good and we were able to enjoy it without rushing. Restaurant staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi for us. The next morning we had breakfast and as we were checking out but not leaving Liverpool until the end of the day, we were able to store our luggage and collect it later before catching our train. All in all a very pleasant experience, the hotel staff were great and we would definitely stay here again.

I like the Premier brand so when I am looking for a hotel I'll always check there first. I was attending a show at The Empire Theatre and this hotel was the perfect location for that purpose. The hotel is situated across from Lime Street station, and the theatre is less than five minutes walk away. I opted for a premier plus room, which was situated on the second floor. Comfortable spacious and usual standard. As has been mentioned, the window is quite narrow, but there's a curtain the full width of the wall. So don't be disappointed if you think you have a huge window, it's mainly just wall. Very quiet and peaceful, considering how central the hotel is to everything in the city. Breakfast was nice, freshly prepared hot food, with all the usual choices. There's a Tesco express beside the hotel, and a Sainsburys just across the way. There are plenty of coffee shops around if you fancy having breakfast elsewhere. Also very near to the main shopping areas. All in all, a pleasant stay and I will return.

stayed there this week very very basic there were 3 of us 1 chair in room nowhere to put clothes living out of suitcases and nowhere to put the cases room was clean we had breakfast booked for the 2 day breakfast wa s the worst i ever had in any hotel it was cold not great

The room was a very good size, it had a double bed and a single bed. It was exceptionally clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable! The staff were super friendly, too! Things to consider for improvement: • a small refrigerator in the room would be very useful • a set menu for breakfast would be nice for those with a smaller appetite, as the all you can eat style breakfast seems like a waste in this case and spending £10+ for eating such a small amount, wasn't great.

Typical Premier Inn, clean comfortable rooms. Right next Lime street train station and Liverpool One shopping. Marked it down for bar/restaurant service. We’ve stayed twice and both times the service in the bar/restaurant was slow even though it hasn’t been busy. We often stay at Premier Inns and it seems that they have one member of staff in the evenings to do check ins, bar and restaurant. This recent visit we sat in the bar/restaurant with only one other table occupied by one person. We waited 10 minutes then a member of staff brought out a meal for the other person she then went to get some sauces. On returning the customer complained that he didn’t have enough vegetables so she went back to the kitchen and stayed in there until the extra veg was ready. When she returned to the table he complained that his steak was overcooked so she took that back and again waited in the kitchen after 10 minutes we left and bought wine from the nearby Sainsbury’s to drink in our room. At no point did she acknowledge us. All together we had sat there for 25 minutes. Won’t be returning again.

We have just returned from another wonderful stay here at the Premier.Rooms are always clean and extremely comfortable.Beds are amazing.Plenty of room for 2 people.Tea and Coffee in the rooms are a bonus.All you eat Breakfast Buffet is amazing.Plenty of Choice.All fresh and Hot.Lots of Choice for Veggies Too.The Staff are Wonderful and nothing is too much trouble.The Girls are so friendly and polite and will do anything to assist.David The Manager always has a Big Smile and Greets you with Professionalism.They ALL make you feel so Welcome like they’ve known you for years..Well Done David and Your Amazing Team..We can’t wait to do it all again in August❤️

The staff are so lovely and welcoming. We were checked in by Jess and checked out by Sam, they are a credit to the Premier Inn brand and a credit to the good people of Liverpool, many thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. This hotel is perfect for the train station, so convenient. Lovely clean room with a comfy bed. Kept our luggage there after check out, perfectly situated to access all the fun of the city. Liverpool 1 only a short walk away.
