Heywood House Hotel, BW Signature Collection recensioner

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is convenient walkable distance to stations and shops. Standard room was lovely and the bath was a bonus. Balcony room was very nice and spacious all in all had a very pleasant stay and hopefully stay again

Good location although a little bit noisy. Hallways and our room were desperate for a refurb, very dated and the carpets no longer fit. Decent bed, linen and towels, all which were very clean but I wouldn't stay here again unfortunately. Staff were all very good it just needs updating.
