This is the place to come if you visit Livigno, and now I tell you why. WOW! is the first impression when driving down the driveway of this beautiful hotel. Very cool and modern design with the right touch of the mountain feeling. The perfect combination of wood, glass, and steel makes this place very cozy and welcoming. Right away when entering, the nice smell inside and the modern interior make you feel relaxed. All very very clean, I must notice!! Omer and his staff are professional, friendly and always really helpful. Area, is a great place, with great skiing, and nice entertainment in this magical small city. I highly recommend it! Very well equipped, spotlessly clean, all you need is there, excellent coffee machine, big comfortable bed, large TV with finally a large selection of channels. Beautiful view from the balcony to the mountains and the ski slopes. Can't wait to come back here again! SafetyWe felt safe true all our stay. Safe garage for the jeep and very clean I must highlight and also heated, so if you leave something in the car will not freeze. WalkabilityA lot to see and you can walk for miles and never get bored. Food & drinksThe best breakfast! The local foods that are offered are just unbelievable, and fresh, and a lot to choose from. Must try the eggs, bresaola, and the various cheeses, excellent!

We stayed in this hotel during Christmas time and New Year and it was fantastic experience. The breakfast is very good, views of mountains from our room was great and overall experience with ownership of the hotel was fantastic. We will surely come back. Michaela and Pavel

Absolutely amazing hotel with beautiful interiors. The owner is taking care of every single element of your stay. Breakfasts are delicious. We felt like a part of their family. Outstanding boutique hotel!

Omar and the team where super nice and took care of us the best way possible. This boutique hotel is in perfect location near bus stops so you can easily access all nearby ski lifts/gondolas. There are also tons of restaurants around that hotel can make recommendation and reservation for you. We had the room with sauna which was perfect for relaxing after a full day of skiing. Rooms were cleaned on daily basis. Very nice breakfast with home cooked cake. In general, would highly recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a relaxing getaway in a nice hotel and beautiful village.

What a wonderful place. Owners cannot do enough for you. Gorgeous rooms. Amazing breakfast where everything is top quality. Now that we have stayed her we just cannot stay elsewhere. We arrived quite late after a long drive and asked the owner to recommend a place to eat, by the time we put our bags in the room he had booked a place for us. I also said it was my daughters birthday and he ordered a cake for us and had it delivered. Honestly wonderful people.

We had the perfect stay! Best hotel in town, perfect weather, awesome bike trails, great dining - we will be back. The hotel manager and his family were very very helpful and kind. The room couldn't have been any better and breakfast was delicous!

We spent 6 days in this beautiful small luxury hotel. Everything was perfect-Omar’s family makes you feel like it is at home. Excellent breakfast-very high quality local products. The room was quiet and very clean, with its own sauna. The design and architecture are very professional, very beautiful, with lots of thinking of every detail. Miserable Direktion und Kommunikation Unsere Erfahrung war leider enttäuschend. Trotz vollständiger Bezahlung wurde unsere Reservierung annulliert, und das Zimmer wurde ein zweites Mal verkauft. Der Grund: eine verspätete Anreise aufgrund von Krankheit. Wir haben die Reception rechtzeitig darüber informiert, und uns wurde versichert, dass alles in Ordnung sei. Als wir dann endlich anreisten, wurde uns nach einer weiteren Bestätigung mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer bereits weitervergeben wurde – und dies am 30.12.2024. Die Direktion zeigte wenig Verständnis für die Situation. Eine absolut unverständliche und unprofessionelle Handhabung. Wir werden dieses Hotel sicherlich nicht weiterempfehlen.

Struttura davvero molto moderna e curata in ogni dettaglio, ha rispecchiato appieno le nostre aspettative; è gestita da una bella famiglia che ci ha coccolato durante tutto il nostro soggiorno.
