it was so disgusting and we found a bed bug it was only one but still freaked us out so we went to the front and asked for a refund they refused so instead we asked for new bedsheets and they only gave us one and told us we couldn’t get new pillowcases so i had to ask the housekeepers for more they wouldn’t and we had to change everything ourselves we found hair everywhere even on the new pillowcases they treat staff bad as well

It's a great spot for the family, with a fantastic location and very nice rooms. I had room 105, and it was very convenient when they checked me in early and accommodated me where I wanted to be in the building. Johnny greeted me every single morning with the brightest Smile. 😃

Very friendly staff and accommodating to their customers needs. The rooms are clean, well stocked and comfortable. Best sleep in weeks as I travel nonstop from state to state. Great prices and as a members I am looking forward to redeeming my healthy points account.

It was very enjoyable, and nice. I would definitely go back and I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reasonable and nice stay. "Oh, and the breakfast there was also delicious. Very accommodating and satisfying. The staff were polite and they made sure I had all my amenities. The rooms are spacious and peaceful as well as secure parking and and rather safe. The staff was courteous and inviting along with being very professional and attentive to all my needs. If you are looking for a nice hotel Quality inn in Livonia is the place.

I had an amazing experience with my family here, room was beyond pleasant, definitely would come back and recommend it to anyone around the area or visiting out of town, I enjoy the jacuzzi room it was really nice and clean room and the service from front desk was pleasing.

First, the good things - the bed was very comfortable. Second, the location is close to shopping and restaurants. Now, the counter person was very nice and told me my room had not been used in a while. I had to walk to the counter because the phone in the room didn't work and was dirty, I had a concern that the heater was blowing air instead of heat and I didn't have a remote. He gave me a remote that I found out didn't have any batteries. I stayed 2 nights and my room was not cleaned. Furniture in poor condition as handles were missing from drawers. Don't expect much for breakfast other than cold cereal and waffles.
