this is one of the grossest hotels i have ever stepped foot in, we had to clean the a/c so that we might not sweat to death in our smelly dirty room, we had dirty pillowcases and i asked for more; they didn’t have any so i had to go buy some. we also had to clean the entire room as well. also half of the “amenities” are not even in the room like it states. i would rather sleep at……ANYWHERE OTHER THEN HERE!

When asking politely in the lobby how much the toothbrushes were in the vending machine-- they told me the price and was asked for tooth paste-- they told me to use soap. I was angry for the rude reply.... I told them I was going to write a bad review and contact upper management, I went to my room and called front desk to ask for name of owner--was frank. They called back and told me they had called the police which they didnt nor did they have reason to. I then left for a few-- come back they went in my room while 10 minutes of being gone and I told them I was going to put a lawsuit against them and they told me their lawyers would win over mine, Tried getting me to stay and apologize after telling them i'd be owning their hotel soon with Livonia police. Terrible owner..... He just gave his hotel away.
