Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

With our own private pool and in-house hot spring tub, we were enjoying a wonderful off-season quiet stay at this beautiful resort. The location is superb. Our villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, trees and bamboo forest. The villa has a large sitting room with tea table, oversized sofas and a crystal sharp TV. The bedroom is also very large with soft duvet cover. A huge bathroom with shower and toilet separated. Amenities are luxuries and in good sizes. The best of all was the service. We were pampered by ever detailed attention from the resort staff. The breakfast was also rich in local highlight's and delicious. We heard the resort will be snow capped during the winter time. We cannot wait coming back to see the different sight.

Fantastic room with private hot spring tub and fantastic service to go along with it with our main point of contact being 王诗雨. She was attentive and always helped us out immediately and professionally, could not have asked for more! While we did not have dinner there, the breakfast was amazing and by far the best breakfast buffet I've had. The room was massive and excellently furnished, and everything we could need was provided. No complaints at all with our stay here, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. To top it off the view was fantastic from the balcony with good views of the New Year fireworks.

Special thanks to my housekeeper, Mr. Qian Liuping, for his service. The hotel is outstanding in all aspects of environmental services and sanitary facilities. I am very satisfied with this trip.I will also recommend it to friends and family around me.

This place is beautiful, made the trip exciting. And the service is top notch, getting chauffeured to places definitely leaves you feeling elated haha.

酒店房間特別大，在竹海中，我們住的是一層的賞竹，二層有觀山，佈局合理，環境優美，令人感到十分暇意，超預期！👏酒店還温馨安排了管家，孔南小姐姐服務周到，熱情友好，入住前一天已向我們介紹了各項服務，並幫我們預訂好了餐廳，協助做了行程規劃，住店期間能根據我們的行程及時調整各項安排，使得整個行程安排妥當！👍酒店客房的温泉♨️值得推薦，非常乾淨，可以預約服務員上門放水，選擇玫瑰🌹或是中草葯🌿，非常棒！竹軒餐廳的美食也值得推薦，無論是自助早餐，還是午市套餐以及晚餐點餐都沒讓我們失望，既能品嚐非常地道的地方實令菜，還能嚐到一些特色創意菜，廚師手藝高超！住店期間我們還體驗了採茶活動以及做了spa，體驗感也都很好，下次還會和家人朋友一起來體驗其他房型！🫶🏻

衹想説，抵不住對這裏的想念，又又又來了。 我從喧喧嚷嚷而來，你乘風載我，入詩畫河山。一個春雨綿綿，煙雨朦朧的週六，一個雨過天晴，春意盎然的週日，兩種截然不同的天氣，一樣的清新怡人，這就是竹溪谷，一個藏於竹海，遠離塵世的清幽之地，在這裏，可以躺着看竹葉輕舞，聽風吟，觀霧起；在這裏，有熱情友善，善解人意，專業細緻的工作人員，從管家到客房阿姨，從前廳小姐姐，到餐廳小姐姐，無一不帶給人温暖：管家自然是枚陽光小帥哥，做事細緻周到又不嫌麻煩，之前就認識了，還是一個和我一樣喜歡麥迪的籃球迷，有人一起聊籃球，很是開心；客房阿姨温柔體貼，做事認真麻利，會不厭其煩地為我們提供所需；餐廳小付是位和我同年生的美女，細緻入微，熱情友善，會在需要的時候給予及時的幫助，給本就美味的食物又增添了一份甜蜜的味道。

這次入住竹溪谷酒店的體驗非常愉快。郭成香管家的熱情接待和細緻服務讓我們感到賓至如歸。她不僅提前安排了接送服務，還帶領我們在竹海中遊覽，讓我們對當地的自然風光有了更深的瞭解。竹林中的客房環境優美，房間設施一應俱全，乾淨舒適。整體來説，竹溪谷酒店以其優質的服務和獨特的地理位置贏得了我們的高度評價。對於追求寧靜和自然美景的旅行者來説，這裏無疑是一個理想的選擇。

溧陽第一站 在這裡有了很好的體驗 五一前一天到的 人不多，服務好，竹林完全不輸南山竹海，管家小宋很周到，安排車速度超快 ，餐食也很不錯～還體驗了早晨的八段錦，面對竹林 ，太美好了～

太喜歡竹溪谷這種靜謐隱世的度假酒店。環境太好了，住的507房型視野也是絕佳，嗎小朋友也有自己的活動項目，衹是這個時候水還有點冷，沒機會下泳池玩耍，有機會暑假再來！特別感謝我們的管家錢留平，服務貼心，有求必應，全程微笑服務，給予大大的好評👍最後再誇下酒店的旅拍服務，攝影師小姐姐認真負責，出片效果也很滿意！

入住竹溪谷酒店兩天非常滿意！房間比圖片還美，山景環繞特別安靜，每天清晨被鳥鳴喚醒的感覺實在太治癒了~酒店接駁車隨叫隨到，去御水温泉和南山竹海景區都很方便。特別感謝管家黃倩的貼心服務，從接送安排到景區攻略都幫我們考慮周全，超級靠譜！！絕對會推薦給要來溧陽玩的朋友！

從23年年初第一次來竹溪谷，到現在兩年的時間裏已經來竹溪谷很多次啦，每次都覺得很放鬆、很開心，餐廳也超級好吃！這次的體驗是最好的，都要感謝我們的管家郭成香，從提前一天的到店時間溝通、活動指引，到入住時候的關心入微、秒回消息，都讓這次旅行變得更舒適、更安心、更開心。還提前幫我們安排了電視。超級推薦管家郭成香哦，都來找她，真的事事有迴應、件件有着落，準沒錯！

五一最後兩天錯峯來玩，我們一家五口人對本次入住非常的滿意，住在竹海之中，每天醒來滿眼都是綠色，呼吸新鮮氧氣。酒店內衹能接駁車通行，很有私密感。 我們的私人管家管秋香的服務非常好，回覆速度很快，事事有迴應，對於我們去景點的遊玩、活動的安排也提了很多不錯的建議。

藏在半山腰上竹海里的獨棟別墅酒店，還有入户私湯！視野、環境真的超絕，我太愛了！ 喜歡拍照的來這裏可以出片（圖1-3，9-11），帶娃的可以參加手工活動，我們做了香薰蠟燭和泡泡浴球（圖7-8），服務也很貼心，細節很棒，在大堂辦理入住的時候就可以喝到好喝的草本茶，連茶杯也是竹子的形狀。（圖4-6） 這次入住特別感謝一下我的管家小宋，宋俐錕，人美又有耐心，迴應及時、服務周到，下次入住還找她。 P S：酒店是國企！我們國家的頂奢酒店做的真的越來越棒啦！開心🥳
