HENTIQUE PINECONE HOTEL

The surroundings around the hotel is very serene and close to most tourist places though you still need a car to go round tianmu lake on Liyang No 1 road. I love the bamboo sea forest the best! I was not aware that the hotel I booked was mainly for family with Children! We have a room with dinosaur blankets!

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

入住前管家丁文龍就加了微信，提前問候，發了酒店定位，可以直接開車到大堂門口，入住期間有問題有需求，響應非常快，點贊。房間和大堂不在一棟樓，辦理好入住後工作人員幫忙提着行李到房間。榻榻米房間很寬敞，兩張1.5米床超大，有浴缸，有陽台，陽台外是天井無風景，但方便晾曬。酒店旁邊是聆湖灣樂園，蹦床、擼貓、手作、松果樂園、馬路隔壁、篝火晚會都在這邊，帶孩子住在松果非常合適。步行兩分鐘可以到漁碼頭餐廳，口味不錯價格不貴。從松果酒店到其他地方都可以呼叫接駁車，打完電話五分鐘左右可以到，高峯期10分鐘左右。早餐在主樓，非常豐盛，品種多口味佳。主樓有超迷你小童樂園，不同時間段也有不同親子活動，湖景超棒。半山温泉是本次出行重點，幾十個池子太棒了，小朋友最喜歡小童遊樂池和火鍋池，大點的小朋友參加了捉魚遊戲，還獲贈魚療套餐，開心極了。泡完温泉還了休閑客服，到二樓港式明檔餐廳就餐，口味也很不錯唉。本次出行很滿意，除了天氣實在太熱了，沒能深入欣賞度假村的美景，考慮天氣涼爽時二刷。

上次在安吉涵田的住宿體驗很好，這次訂了溧陽涵田。度假村就在天目湖旁邊，規模比安吉那邊大的多，這次住的松果酒店，更適合家庭親子。前台的服務人員都很熱情親切，幫忙拿行李到房間，管家丁文龍服務到位，有什麼事微信説一聲就行，非常滿意。房間住的榻榻米，有海底小縱隊的床蓋和小帳篷，小朋友很喜歡。 度假村裡的項目很多，温泉有三十多個池子，還有戲水池、捉魚池，無邊泳池也在温泉區，進泳池要戴泳帽哦。還體驗了二樓的spa，推的很舒服，還願意再來。雲頂bar風景絕美，遠眺天目湖，視野開闊，微風徐徐，帶小朋友做了2件扎染T恤。小朋友最喜歡蹦床樂園，玩得不願離開。晚上的篝火晚會也很有趣，跟着跳舞蹦迪，玩完就去松果無動力樂園，放電徹底。還有擼貓、傣族手鼓等等活動，都很好。 小朋友們高度評價，説下次還要來٩（ 'ω' ）و

信號差，5g變4g,酒店接駁車管理很亂等待時間長，無邊泳池很小，人多像下餃子，泡温泉泳池的地兒感覺像進了澡堂，很拉垮！也沒有明顯的指示牌還要問工作人員怎麼走，就是噱頭..房間被套上有血跡，總之體驗很差

帶娃出門選了涵田松果酒店，一進門小朋友被吸引住了，寬敞的房間，可愛的帳篷，太討小孩喜歡了，還送了零食大禮包 白天也有適合小朋友的玩樂場所，蹦床，騎馬，擼貓 酒店經理王傑提前溝通聯繫，關心到店時間，事無鉅細，點贊點贊 帶娃出門，涵田值得推薦
