Craigside Manor

We stay in Llandudno all the time and Craigside manor is the best sleep we have had fantastic comfy beds. 5 star service from all the staff especially the very welcoming Alex serving in the restaurant we really could falt anything

Loved the location of the hotel great views to the bay and of the little Orme and Cragside. The view from the room was also very good. Easy parking at the hotel and well situated. All the staff were absolutely first class. Friendly, welcoming and great service throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble. Great choice of JW Lees Ales and craft beer on offer and a very good wine list. The bar staff were also very friendly and great service once again. Had a very good meal for Dinner in the restaurant with a view. Delicious food all served piping hot. My Wife and I Had starters main and dessert all perfect and delicious. We equally enjoyed our breakfast with a very good selection and options on offer. We really enjoyed our stay at Craigside. One of the highlights of our weekend in Wales. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Llandudno.

Room was nice, hotel was nice & clean but abit expensive. We got woke up at 2:45AM as the shower would not stop dripping. I did a video of this as proof, we had to leave a towel in the bath to make it quieter.

Booked for one night as we planned a couple of day in and around Llandudno. We had a quiet room at the back of the hotel. Food and drinks were very good and food was very good value for money. We liked the location a mile or so out of town. Outside patio is lovely looking over Llandudno bay and the Little Orme. Staff were all exceptional and looked after us extremely well.

We enjoyed a really lovely lunch here on the 21/05. Having earlier booked a reservation we were given a nice table with a view out over Llandudno. The service from start to finish was attentive and efficient and our server was particularly conscientious and pleasant. My wife and I both settled on the Prix Fixe menu which represents excellent value for money. All our courses were wonderful and these included our two mains of Wexford Chicken and Braised feather blade beef steak. Both were absolutely delicious. The dining area has clearly been well planned and designed with its bright and airy spaces and different sized tables. We saw none of the well documented teething problems recorded since its recent reopening and at least from our experience can be wholeheartedly recommended. In summary, the Craigside Manor restaurant seems to be getting into its stride now and I would guess it will go on to become a very popular addition to the local dining scene in Llandudno. We will certainly be returning.

We had a small wedding party booked in to the restaurant..if I could give more than 5 stars I would..Every attention to detail was covered..thank you to Gary for organising us and overseeing the booking ..thank you to Maggie and Isabelle for the table decor arrangement ..thank you to Chris at the bar for fantastic service..thank you to Katie for the fantastic table service.. a beautiful place to eat with food to match.
