Had breakfast in the town hotel in a great position for shopping and near the pier lovely town and friendly people will stop at Travelodge again

No sleep atall ,stayed in room at the front ,Wetherspoons facing, 1 am til 2 am shouting and balling noise as people leaving there. Then alarm going off from museum up the road at 2.45 am for an hour. Room right next to entrance /exit door on floor 1 people leaving from 7 am in groups shouting and door to landing banging each time somebody left. Room ok ripped duvet coverot which could easily be seen

Firstly, the room was clean and the bed very comfy. However, the only problem was the plugs in the bath and sink which would not work because you had to flip them with severe force to open (to allow the water to drain). The basin plug was SO stuck that the receptionist had to get a hammer to it! There is no cooked breakfast at Travelodge but a basic 'breakfast box to go'. Free WiFi for 30 mins only then pay! No mobile internet connection. Overall, a pleasant stay for one night.

Perfect location. Great hotel. Could not better. Facilities and service second to none. Will return.

We arrived and received our room cards, only to squeeze into a cramped, slow elevator. Upon entering the room, we noticed one of the extra beds we’d requested was missing. After speaking to reception, a service crew member reluctantly agreed to bring it up, audibly huffing and puffing. The bed eventually arrived, but without any duvet or pillows. We asked the staff member directly, but he never returned. After multiple trips to reception, we were given bed sheets, then towels, and finally — after yet another request the duvet, hurray!! To make matters worse, another family walked into our room later that evening. Reception had mistakenly issued duplicate key cards. We showed ours, and they returned to sort it out. Shortly after, our own key cards stopped working and had to be reactivated at reception. That was just check-in. Room Conditions – Far Below Expectations • The family room was extremely basic • No hair dryer, no iron, and no wardrobe • Shower gel dispenser was empty • Room was hot and stuffy, with no air conditioning • Only one small, weak desk fan provided • Overall space felt cramped and uncomfortable • carpet was worn and looked soiled in places Parking and Breakfast – Also Disappointing • No onsite parking available • Nearby car parks were full, making parking a real challenge • No breakfast buffet offered • Only option was a small “breakfast to go” box — bland and tasteless Final Thoughts This stay was far from what we expected. From the chaotic check-in to the lack of basic amenities and poor service, it was a frustrating experience. Travelodge Llandudno needs serious improvement in both hospitality and facilities to meet even the most basic standards. Please do not stay here especially if coming with a family because they deserve better.
