Excellent service from Geoff and other staff. The family room was excellent. Definitely stay again next time in Llandudno.

Had breakfast in the town hotel in a great position for shopping and near the pier lovely town and friendly people will stop at Travelodge again

WiFi signal weak even when paid for. Keycards stopped working several times Needs more storage space Doesn’t serve hot food Although there were some issues, it is close to Train Station, the town centre and anything else you might need.

Me and my husband had a lovely stay at the Travelodge. Comfy bed/pillows, quiet neighbours and helpfull staff. Everything was on the doorstop, pubs, restaurants, shops, beach etc. We will definitely be back. Thank you

All went fine on room. Area location staff nice clean hotel thanks will stay again Door cards. Are a problem Calnt get in. Re programmed still don’t work ????

Great location just a short walk from the pier. Room was clean and ample with tea and coffee facilities. We were in Room 113 on the first floor bed was comfortable and the room was at the front of the hotel overlooking the main road. Opposite the hotel was Wetherspoons pub The Paladium and a few shops and restaurants Next to the hotel was also bars, restaurants and cafes giving plenty of dining options as the hotel did not have breakfast facilities. The only annoyance was the key card entry which failed every day at first we thought it was the phones causing an issue but transpired that everyone was having issues. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We didn’t realise till the last night that u had to put a notice on your fort if u required your room making up or fresh towels etc but we were only there 4 days so it wasn’t a problem to us. Would definitely stay again should we visit the area again

The rooms are okay, the bed was not comfortable and the mattress definitely needed replacing. Our main problem however is the keycard room entry system. Pretty much every time we tried to get back in to our room the cards had become unprogrammed. Reception is closed until 3pm and there’s no phone signal in the hotel to call the help number so it’s an absolute nightmare to try and get a new card. Every other guest we spoke to was having the same issue and the staff said it’s a common problem that Travelodge choose to ignore. There are so many better places to stay in Llandudno I really would save yourself the hassle of staying here.

Good basic room . Check in was poor and understaffed which gave overall bad revue. Reception toilets out of order we were told to go to wetherspoons . Location good but no parking nearby. Would not return Will try a premier Inn next time .......
