Excellent service from Geoff and other staff. The family room was excellent. Definitely stay again next time in Llandudno.

Had breakfast in the town hotel in a great position for shopping and near the pier lovely town and friendly people will stop at Travelodge again

Pros: the hotel is well situated for the promenade, restaurants and bars etc although this doesn't make the area noisy. The hotel is very clean inside and out. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room was large - with 3 beds - and everything was immaculate. There is a lift to all floors. We never had to pay for parking during our 4 nights stay and were able to find a space a short walk from the hotel each day on our return. Cons: our room looked onto a building about 5 feet away from our window with the space filled with scaffolding. Although no-one was working there we didn't feel we could leave the curtains open - also one of the window fastenings was broken. Then we heard the buzzing/humming. It started low then gradually built to a crescendo before gradually subsiding for a few minutes before starting again. It was mainly noticeable when trying to sleep and woke us a few times. I had to go outside the hotel to use my mobile phone to make a call as there was no signal (nor could I get wifi) inside. This wasn't a cheap last minute booking and I would have appreciated a better outlook from the room.

Had wonderful stay at the hotel the hotel was very clean and fresh and modern. There were few disadvantages so the hotel didn’t make it clean there was no restaurant and no cosy seating area and the Wi-Fi was poor and parking it was hard to find some where to parking. The rooms keys didn’t work well

My room was absolutely spotless and the bed was amazingly comfortable. I haven't slept that well for a while! The bathroom was so clean too! The Internet was fast and easy to connect to. Thank you so much to the housekeeping team for a lovely stay.

This hotel is fantastic, has the old Llandudno style hotel but the Travelodge twist. Rooms are good size and great to find a hotel in Llandudno with a lift. Staff friendly Located 100 yards from weatherspoons for breakfast and 300yards from the pier Defo coming back in 2025

Stayed in room 116, which is on the 1st floor. It is a front corner room on the main road, despite the location we had no issues with noise, the room was clean and warm. Storm Darragh caused damage to the Cancer Charity shop which was across the road whereby the large shop-sign became detached and went on a journey down the road hitting a few parked cars, the Llandudno Christmas Tree was also a casualty snapping in half late morning. Two chalets on the pier were knocked over, one ending up in the sea!
