Lovely, cosy guesthouse. Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The bed was so comfortable with crisp white bed linen. Coffee, tea making facilities in the room and biscuits. Large TV and free WIFI. They don't serve breakfast, but there's a lovely dining room where you can eat your takeaway food. Crockery and cutlery provided. There is also a fridge, large TV and comfy settee in there. Andrea and Mark are superb hosts and you can tell that The Rosedene is special to them.

A fantastic hotel and the staff are very welcoming and accommodating, cleanliness is of a very high standard, but most important is my kids loved the stay, very close to the beach pier and great selection of restaurant's. Looking forward to our return visit.

A very warm welcome as always from Andrea and Mark, stunning and homely hotel. It really is a home from home, this is our third year staying here. The perfect location, just a short walk to the pier, shops and restaurants. The views are fantastic with plenty of exploring to do, we look forward to returning next year. Smith family

Picked the rosedene because of the reviews and location and got more than we bargaining for. Not just a great location all the reviews were spot on . Just round the corner from town centre, super clean, lovely homely feel and Andrea and Mark can not do enough for you. It was my partners birthday ask if they could pickup some flowers and champagne not a problem. Flowers on bed and champagne on ice. Made it such a beautiful touch to a all ready beautiful room can't say enough about you both just thank you from the bottom of our hearts love col n jan xxx

Really great time at this hotel . My partner band I spent the weekend here on the 30 and 31st October . Fantastic couple Mark and Andrea are the hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for these two. Explained everything to us regarding the room ( which had a king size bed ) bonus !! Mark generously carried our bags up to the room as I was on crutches and then on the Sunday when we checked out , he carried them out to the car which was at the end of the street. Spotlessly clean , warm and inviting . Definitely our go to hotel in Llandudno from now on . Selwyn & Donna. 👏👏

As expected, my return visit was a fantastic, friendly and comfortable experience. The Rosedene is the perfect place to relax, spotless and clean. Rooms are spacous and first rate. Andrea and Mark are Beautiful people and they make your stay. Will be back again next year all being well...

Had another short 3 night break at this fabulous guest house. Ideal central location for all shops, cafes, pubs and 2 mins walk to the pier. The accommodation is excellent, cosy and extremely clean. Hosts Andrea and Mark make your stay so warm and relaxing and can't do anything more to look after you. Definitely returning again.

Great location, quiet and easy walking distance to town /sea front. We had no problem in finding a parking space nearby. Nice room with en-suite, plenty of tea/coffee & biscuits. Very clean (newly decorated), comfortable bed & pillows. All in all very good value. Would recommend.
