This place has wonderful reviews and they are well deserved. I stayed there with friends for a week and i cannot say enough great things about the whole experience. We had absolutely everything we could need, the place was so clean and comfortable. It is a beautiful area and a great location. The breakfast had so many options and was delicious. Matt and Helen were absolutely fantastic, they went above and beyond for us but made it seem like no big deal. They treated us like family. You can tell they love what they do and just want to make sure your trip is the best it can be. I would definitely stay there again.

Just back from a fantastic stay at The Mill at Glynhir. Everything was perfect. We had all four bedrooms downstairs and had the use of the lounge and dining room perfect for friends or family to spend time together. All bedrooms were lovely and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice absolutely delicious. We all loved meeting the 4 alpacas that came to say hello each morning. Thoroughly recommend this bed and breakfast.

We have just had an amazing weekend at The Mill with friends. Everything was just perfect, the accommodation, food and all the home comforts we could wish for. The sunshine was an added bonus and just what we all needed. The owners Helen and Mat couldn’t have done anymore to make it so special for us all. Thank you so much we will definitely return in the new year.

Absolutely amazing here. From the minute we arrived it has been fantastic. Hosts are brilliant, food brilliant, accommodation brilliant. The alpacas are gorgeous and we were lucky to be able to sit and admire our surroundings in the October sun. We have all said we don’t want to leave!

My wife and I stayed here while on a short visit to the town of Carmarthen and the National Botanical Gardens. We were met by Helen and Mathew, who showed us around and made us feel very welcome. It’s a little off the beaten track, but oh what a spot. Quiet enough to hear a stream in the distance and, surrounded by greenery with alpacas in the small paddock below, perfect! The room had everything we needed, a big bed, biscuits and googies in a jar, a TV and a spacious shower. Breakfast was not disappointing with a good selection of juices, cereals and cooked food, the mushrooms were particularly tasty.

the apartment was well stocked big bed and superb bathroom we even had a balcony that overlooked the countryside the breakfast in the morning was delicious all sourced local produce will definitely be back to stay and our hosts were top drawer

We had a great stay at the Mill… so quiet and peaceful and in a stunning location. Helen and Matt were terrific hosts ensuring our stay was perfect. Our room was spacious and comfortable and beautifully decorated. A fridge with fresh milk and an incredibly generous Biscuit jar (apologies for over indulging! 😂) was certainly a bonus. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful which we really enjoyed. We would highly recommend this lovely place and we hope to return. Graham and Kay.

Cannot fault this place or it's hosts one bit. The Mill is in an absolutely beautiful setting. The hosts could not be any more accommodating. They were both just an absolute delight to be around. The rooms were immaculate, with everything you could possibly need for an overnight stay. The sweetie jar is a fabulous touch! The breakfast was outstanding, with everything you could possibly want and more. And to top it off, there are 4 characterful Alpacas that came to say hello. Honestly the best B&B we have stayed in. Cannot wait to go back!

I fancied a few days away to get out of the stress of London life. The Mill was one of the most amazing, serene, beautiful place I have stayed at. When one is there it is almost like being in a bubble, you forget everything and just chill. Helen and Mat run the best bed and breakfast possible and cannot do enough for their guests. The rooms are beautifully furnished, beds so comfortable I didn't want to get out!!! Their breakfast is just delicious everything you would want and the cooked breakfast the best I've ever had all freshly cooked and not left on a hot plate for hours on end. I cannot recommend The Mill enough to anyone who wants a break, peace and quiet with wonderful food.
