"RIVER BEND LODGE" is a 5,600 sq. ft. private lodge where your family/group occupy the entire home, boat bunkhouse/ gameroom. It is the Jewel of the St John's River. Its is a spectacular river front custom-built lodge designed to entertain and relax with your family/group. The very open floor plan features an incredible island kitchen that opens directly into the sprawling 2600 sq. ft. great room built entirely with pecky cypress wood interior with full stone fireplace under vaulted ceilings with beautiful solid wood beams for those cool nights or just to sit with your family and relax and unwind. A continuous series of French Doors create a wall of glass along the water that can be opened completely to a deep wide wraparound screened porch to truly bring the indoor space to the outdoors over looking the river, the porch serves as a gorgeous out door living room with 5 ceiling fans. The main house is set up like a lodge with 4 King Suites featuring full private baths, walk-in closet, and dedicated entrances from outdoors and indoors. 1 Additional bedroom with private entrance has a kitchenette. Very Private and peaceful but plenty to do like shooting some pool on your own pool table in the 600 sq. ft. bunkhouse with 2 queen sized murphy beds full kitchenette and full size bathroom with card table for the adults to yard games like cornhole, to sitting on your dock watching Manatees swim by. HUNTING:RIVER BEND LODGE is your own private estate on the River and is located on the edge of the Ocala National Forest, where you will find plenty of turkeys, deer, ducks and more to hunt during the appropriate hunting season. BOATING/FISHING/KAYAK:Bring your boat or boat Rentals, Boat ramps, bait shops, This area has been one of the most successful bass waters in the World of famous Florida fishing locations, the St. Johns River.
