This 1939 home has porcelain plank floors, Shaker cabinets, granite counters, and stainless appliances. It has a fenced yard and a BBQ. The home has a thick, acoustically insulated common wall with the adjacent Carriage House.This pre-war single-level home features two bedrooms - the master roughly 14' x 12' with two nightstands (with reading lamps) and a dresser. Both bedrooms have a Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. In fact, the WiFi service is FAST and POWERFUL: 400 Mbps download speed and 40 Mbps upload speed. ONE STANDARD SIZE PARKING SPACE (10' x 20') is in front of the house (there is no access to the garage, which is another rental unit) and additional street parking is available. There is room for a standard-size car or truck. RVs, sprinter vans, and extended trucks will not fit. We love QUIET dogs - there is no extra charge or deposit for dogs.
