HOME IS PRIVATELY HELD; the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. OUTDOOR FIRES: This is high wildfire risk area therefore open fires & unattended fires are prohibited. FIRE PIT usage is prohibited during quiet hours, 10pm-7am: Under no circumstance, should a fire be created in the fire pit without the use of the Base & Spark Screen nor left unattended while a fire is active or smoldering. GARBAGE & TRASH: Do not place garbage or trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports. Excess garbage & trash, where the trash bin lid cannot be closed securely, must be take the Massanutten Property Owner’s Association Community Trash dumpster located at 4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840. If there is loose garbage &/or trash within the trash bin, a surcharge fee of $35 will be charged to the guest. 14. CHECK-OUT: Late check-outs cannot be accommodated due to the time conflicts of our cleaners servicing many other properties. If determined that check-out is after 10:00am, a surcharge of $70 will be charged to the guest for every hour after 10:00am that check-out does not occur.15: NOISE: Noise that is unreasonable in the judgement of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time.
