The yard is private, especially in the summer with all the trees. In the winter, after the leaves drop, there is a nice view of mountains through the trees. Situated on a two-acre wooded lot, there is plenty of space to spread out both indoors and out.Fully equipped! We provide linens, towels, pool towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee (drip, French press, K-cup, Nespresso), tea, and all the essentials!Propane grill and patio furniture available spring through fall.AMENITIES & RECREATIONLocated in the Waterville Estates, a vacation home community in Campton/Thornton, you have the opportunity to access to the year-round Community Center (5min walk, 1min drive) which offers 2 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, 3 hot tubs, sauna, game room, restaurant, and bar.You will have free access to outdoor community facilities including courts (basketball, tennis, pickleball, & volleyball), pond with beach, and community hiking/cross-country/snowshoe trails (accessible from our front door).Our community ski hill (Campton Mountain - 5min walk, 1min drive) is open winter weekends and holidays for both day and night skiing.
