Het personeel is te jong, onervaren, apathisch, ongemotiveerd, ongeïnteresseerd, niet proactief en spreekt geen Engels. Dat de eigenaar niet aanwezig is, is zeer wel merkbaar. Het komt over alsof het resort voor de eigenaar geen prioriteit heeft. De gemeenschappelijke ruimten worden slecht onderhouden en zijn ongezellig. Overal ligt afval / plastic aan de oevers van de rivier. Gras wordt niet nieuw gezaaid, er wordt niet gegoten en slecht geveegd en geharkt. Over hangen dode bladeren aan de bomen. Nergens bloemen of leuke Dayak kunst. Het ontbijt is te beperkt en wordt vooraf klaargemaakt. De nasi en bami als ontbijt worden koud en smakeloos geserveerd zonder vooraf te vragen of gasten vegetarisch zijn. Geen melk voor in de koffie en geen fruit.
