Posada Peñas Arriba

We spent a lovely 3 days in this pretty and friendly hotel. It had a real family run feel to it and we felt very well looked after. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable and we had a beautiful wide balcony with stunning mountain views. The village is very peaceful and unspoilt and made a perfect base for exploring the eastern side of the Picos de Europa.

We booked a room for three nights one month in advance asking for a superior room. The reservation came with a picture of a cozy room with balcony with chairs and table. At the arrival they gave us a little poor room with no balcony, saying that was one of their best rooms. No way to have a change. Little and old bathroom (difficult to use even alone). We had booked with breakfast and dinner, and after our complaints, we were offered different menu than other guests. We had 6 choices for dinner, and when my wife made her choice she was told it was impossible to have. We decide not to eat in the hotel the next two dinners but they charged us the same price. However, the hotel was clean.

Malas formas !! Pague habitación para cuatro personas con mi familia !! Nos engañaron con una de dos y metieron una cama!! Nos íbamos después y nos amenazó y tuve que estar un día más con mi familia !! Imaginen el mal rollo !! Una noche volvimos con la familia a las 12:30 de la noche y nos dijo la próxima se quedan en la calle !! Flipabamos en colores !! 460€ por 4 noches y tratandonos como que nos hacia un favor !!

Una pesadilla de vacaciones...después de llegar Al hotel de 10h d viaje no teníamos habitación adecuada ya éramos 3 personas y nos habían puesto en una doble...eran las 9 d la noche y sin habitación...nos pusieron una cama plegable que te sentabas y te quedabas como un sándwich y encima no podíamos ni movemos en la habitación...la ducha rota y sin poder ducharnos y la única solución que nos dió la dueña que sí queríamos que nos fuéramos....alucinante Dormimos allí y al día siguiente nos fuimos a otro sitio porque era una locura estar allí 5 días en esas condiciones tan primitivas...

Personal muy amable y atento con nosotros. Comida típica de la zona, llevábamos media pensión y valió la pena. Los Desayunos muy completos y ricos, tambien caseros y con cosas típicas. Limpio y muy buena ubicación Recomendable.

Un pequeño hotel familiar, muy bien ubicado para hacer senderismo por el valle de Camaleño. El personal es muy cercano y agradable. En cuanto a desayunos y cenas, bastante bien. Y el propio hotel es muy bonito.
