Excellent 3 night stay. Excellent location for medical needs or to visit someone at one of the hospitals. Walking distance to hospitals. . Clean, comfortable room well furnished. The queen suite has a fridge and microwave in a separate room from the bedroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Cookies and hot beverages available all day. Good breakfast.

We have been travelling to Victoria hospital and this hotel is the perfect walking distance to the hospital. No worries about parking we just leave our vehicle at the hotel. Also there are a number a restaurants in the area. The rooms are large and we found them to quite quiet at night

Stayed at this hotel for two weekends in the Spring of 2021. Both times the rooms were clean and quiet, beds were comfortable, and all room amenaties were in working order. The showers had excellent water pressure and lots of hot water. This was during the period when hospitals imposed restrictions of visitors due to COVID 19 ... Many of the clients were out of town people who were in London to accompany others for hospital appointments, but were unable to enter the hospital due to restrictions. The good selection of TV channels help to pass the time as we waited for our loved ones. Staff could be seen doing extra sanitizing of rooms, halls and the common area. The early morning continental breakfast was a plus.

my wife was just released from ankle surgery and i didn't want to chance driving home 70 miles on a stormy night in the winter with someone who could not walk if we were in an accident or hit the ditch on way home. the hotel is literally less than 30 seconds drive from the hospital. room was comfy and clean as was the bathroom. the only food is from a vending machine that contained chips and chocolate bars. various restaurants 2 minute drive away. the included breakfast was very good. the staff were all professional and treated us very well. i would use the hotel again anytime. all was good

We stayed here for 1 night and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included and had all the standard items, including warm waffles. Complimentary cookies at the front desk were a nice touch. Great overall value and would stay here again.

The location was excellent for my needs - close to the Victoria Hospital and to the senior's residence where my mother was staying. It was easy to get to and from the airport, and there are lots of restaurants close by as the hotel only serves breakfast. Beds were comfortable, and there is an elevator, which is handy for moving suitcases and for handicap access.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast, rooms and service. Free parking. Nice bedding, TV great location. Nice lobby and decor. Secure and good value for your money. I would definitely return to this hotel again when in London Ontario. I would recommend to friends and family

Arrived at night and drove by because hotel sign was 90% out!??? Staff at front desk bland. Rooms good size, clean, good access with elevator. Wi-Fi and tv good. Breakfast good by hotel standards, good choices. At night baked cookies and coffee in lobby a nice touch. A good stay but fix your sign.
