The renovations are beautiful. I have stayed here off and on for 2 years. Now serving a great complimentary continental breakfast with daily hot food choice. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Good wifi and TV. Staff are pleasant and the hotel seems to have good management.

Stayed here for hockey tournament. Manager/owner very welcoming. Ample parking. Need to have swipe card work to work on side and back doors. Room quality is fi e star. Bed extremely comfortable. Pillows were so fluffy which as you can imagine allowed for a great nigjts sleep. Shower and kitchen provided usual essentials. Quality laminate flooring is great for people with allergies. Rooms give you ample lighting options as rates here are very reasonable. We will recommended this ace to friends and families. Very close to many amenities. 5 star stay and experience. Breakfast buffet nice treats and breakfast package was icing on the cake. Bedroom separated from main room by French door is a classy addition to this already stellar room.

I've enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is fresh with many options. I've been staying at this location on and off a good part of the year for work and it's gone under some renovations since our work project started, they've made a lot of improvements and my stay has been enjoyable. I would recommend it personally and I haven't really felt homesick. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean here and staff is very friendly. That's all you can really ask for in a hotel. Wifi is good too.

Awesome staff and awesome spacious room. Amenities are comfortable. Checking in is quick. Breakfast is delicious and early. Hotel was recently renovated and the upgrades has raised this hotel’s standards. New exercise room with all new equipment and weights.

Just a short note to let you know how pleased I was with your customer service. Last evening when checking in at your London location, I had an issue with my reservation. I had booked through *******, but there was a problem with the date. It took some time to resolve, but the young man working the front desk could not have been more helpful. I have to admit, I was a bit worried when pulling up to the hotel, The sign looked a bit weathered, and the outside is far from fancy. But…. When walking into the lobby I was pleasantly surprised!! It was a Brand new interior!! The breakfast room was newly renovated, breakfast was wonderful! 3 hot options , as well as a pancake station! The room was beautiful!! Brand new, extremely clean, We loved the fact that there was separate sleeping area, as we have a little one!! I should mention, that they are still in the process of renovating the hotel, as we were told by the front desk, but did not affect our stay what so ever!! We had zero complaints and Would def recommend this hotel if you’re staying in London!
