Room was clean Excellent room service with food Easy check in and out Microwave and mini fridge were great Overall good value for cost

Noisy in the aisles at night and loud music in the parking lot in the middle of the night.

Location is conveniently just off of the highway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were doing several renovations/upgrades while we were there (early 2025), but hardly noticed (did not impact our stay). It will look great when the restaurant upgrades are done.

Love the pool!!!! Service is not the best but it was fun for March break.

Was nice but they in the middle of some remodeling tho but was a god place to stay for the price

We were sad to learn the pool was going to be shut down half way through our stay even though we called ahead of time to make sure it was working. Good price for the location and cleanliness. Would not recommend getting breakfast for the food but the service was good.

Reserved on linefor my husband, paid for it then they wouldn't let him stay because he didn't the physical card .so my husband had to sleep in his truck. Awful trying to get a refund, because they say the transaction was complete.

Checkin was smooth. Room was clean and spacious. Only issue was on of the nights I stayed they forgot to makeup by room, which I was told that I had to alert front desk to get my room cleaned. Location was kind of a letdown but nearest mall was white oaks.

Super impressed with the gentleman in the restaurant who offered to deliver my food to our room as I was travelling alone with my 5 yr old grandson… deserves some praise! The other staff were good… just a small suggestion to elevate your facility… have real coffee cups and 2 real glasses for water… all we had was 2 paper cups for water/coffee/juice.. had to rinse out for the different liquids… a bit ‘sub-par’ for the Ramada name :)

Could use new door on bathroom. Bed was very comfy. Great price
