I would rate my experience four out of five the hotel room was extremely clean. The staff were very attentive, considerate and extremely helpful. There was a couple of stuff who great at their job and deserving honourable mention Manisa, Anita,Jan, Po

Grateful for Tota’s help during my stay. She handled my queries and demands very professionally. I was generally satisfied with my stay. Some improvements to be made but I want to give a positive review for Tota, she was kind enough to help and is an asset to the business.

I had an excellent stay at Travelodge London Park Royal, and a big part of that was thanks to Jan! From the moment I arrived, Jan went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Their friendly and professional attitude made me feel truly welcome.

As a single parent, i wanted somewhere close to the tube for getting back later at night.. This was ideal, safe 4 min walk alongside a busy road. Felt really safe. Clean hotel, lovely staff. Quiet inside. Picadilly line - so straight into town /easy for connections.. One stop out and takes you to Alperton where bus 83 runs regularly to and from Wembley. Ideal! Kind and welcoming staff. Comfortable family room, had 2 great nights sleep. Parking very reasonable £7.50for 24h.

Clear and nice room Clean bathroom. Good water pressure. Good facility in bathroom. Clean towel provided Nice and friendly staff - Jan He is nice, smiley and friendly to serve everyone. Detail explanation of check in time check out time room location

I normally use Travelodge for quick visits but this is my first time at the London Royal and Dipak, the receptionist was the warmest person I’ve ever met. This was the best experience I’ve had and I’d definitely be back. I told him I’d give him a 15/10. Thank you so much.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend staying here if you want easy access into London as they have an on site car park too which I'd accessible from the north circular and the tube is 1/4 mile away

Ideal location in London. The room was comfortable and spacious. I've arrived very late for check in but Jan (reception) in reception provided a 1st class service. I travel a lot for business work but guess this is the best reception I've ever had..
