I recently stayed at the Travelodge in West London and had a really good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed after a long day. The location is also convenient, with easy access to public transport and plenty of places to eat nearby. What really stood out, though, was the service from the receptionist Jan. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to answering my questions about the area, Jan made me feel truly welcomed and taken care of. It’s rare to find such genuine and professional service these days. Would definitely stay here again — thanks for everything, Jan!

I met Jan wonderful in the reception good customer service, easy check in. Very helpful. He explained me Everything especially this area. About the stores nearby, super stores, train station and all utilities available to use. Very friendly

The best hotel for prices, room, food...etc. Even the staff team are very friendly but some of them they have to have experience about places near of hotel.

Beyond disappointment. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broke and was empty. The bedsheets had holes in them. The room was not properly cleaned. The hotel had no iron or ironing board available; almost never anybody at reception; overall, a complete disappointment with no decent facility for a basic business or personal stay. Better get a Premier Inn next time.

Hotel was a good location with tube station and restaurants within walking distance. Car parking is a plus and reasonably priced. Hotel is situated on a busy main road to the front and railway lines to the rear so there is some noise but to be expected with the position and with the windows closed manageable. Will definitely stay again

Received a warm friendly welcome from Jan on reception, also he was very helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Close to Park Royal station for quick ride in to central London. No air conditioning, have to have window open which isn’t ideal being next to tube line.

Very good location and nice rooms. Jan was absolute sweetheart. Helping us with everything. Jan at the reception was very energetic and he needs a promotion for sure! The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is close to bus station and train station for easy access to Central London.

I had smooth and easy check in with Jan. Jan was accommodating my needs and explained me about local area shopping facilities such as Marks and Spencer. The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Parking facilities are available for a good rate.
