Premier Inn London Tottenham Hale

It was clean and the staff was very friendly

酒店應在倫敦的第5區，但離 Tottenham Hale 車站很近，衹有5分鐘路程，而且乘兩仲站就可以到附近的一個大商場，方便。 這應該是一家快捷酒店，類似如...，雖然整潔度不錯，但維護都是強差人意，那個浴室衹要洗澡，天花板就像鐘乳洞滴水。 不過以這樣的價格，還是可以。

交通非常方便

The first room we were given had a disgusting musty smell that hit you as soon as you walked in. Luckily we had an early check-in so it was possible to get a different room. This room had sealed windows, COMPLETELY SEALED, but we thought it would be ok because of the air conditioning. Wrong. Late that night we discovered the air-con wasn't working. It was stuck at 24 degrees and we tossed and turned for the night. The sealed windows had condensation from the inside, which would explain the musty smell in the first room. We complained the next morning to the over-worked receptionist/breakfast staff and were advised to raise the issue online as there was no manager on duty. We did and despite following the protocol, the good night guarantee has been refused. What a scam. Don't offer such a guarantee if you're not going to honour it. Never again.

Our stay at Tottenham Hale was excellent from speedy check in to helpful reception staff, great help yourself tea coffee facilities , friendly chatty restraunt service and very nice food and drink, that's my 3rd stay there and the staff make the hotel so good.

Myself and my son stayed in this hotel over the weekend. I have to say it was so great. The staff of the hotel are just so helpful. So Sarah Terrie and Dennis thank you so much for looking after us so well. It was a pleasure to meet you. I hope your boss realises how much of an asset you are to the hotel. We will be back.
