Personalen är mycket hjälpsam och vänlig. Du kan få allt du behöver i incheckningsdisken. Lätt att få varmt vatten och gratis dryck hela dagen. Om du bara behöver en bekväm plats att sova, rekommenderas starkt 😀

Läget är mycket bekvämt, men om du anländer tidigt får du inte lämna ditt bagage, såvida du inte betalar £15 för varje bagage. Checka in kl 15 och checka ut kl 10. det är inte bra.. rummet är super litet. Och utan några toalettartiklar bredvid 2 handdukar.

Det är i en underjordisk bunker. Hotellet är bara ett rum med eget badrum - inga fönster eller extrafunktioner som tandborste och extra bekvämligheter.

Expect noisy underground sounds that you can hear in the room. My room toilet light cannot completely switch it off, so not sure if that happens to all rooms or just mine. All rooms are located in -4 and -5 level which means all rooms would be no window. Room is comparatively small but if only staying just one night I think this is fine. Location is walkable distance to Elizabeth line so it is convenient if you go to or from Heathrow. Very self service. Check in check out all need to do on your own. So no service can comment about.

Defiantly don’t recommend. The hotel is in great location but the front desk person demanded £50 for a made up charge and then told me there’s no manager or anybody else I can speak to but if I wanted to slide him £25 round the corner he wording charge my credit card anymore After contacting them they refused to refund me the money but luckily trip refunded me credit F*** this place it’s a scam

I’ve used this hotel multiple times now and the staff are great. The location is perfect for work and leisure.

Good location. Unfortunately as it’s underground so very smelly on the way go to the rooms. Quiet and no windows but good price which is suitable for me as I only need a place to sleep at night and I booked in last minute The only thing I wasn’t happy with this booking was because of the reception staff. I booked and paid for 4 people with 2 beds in a room. When I arrived he only asked how many people I said 2 as my friends cannot make it . He didn’t say anything else but changed my booking to 1 bed in a room which isn’t fair as I paid for bigger room so even only myself came I still deserve the original room, or if he wanna save the place for new booking he should confirm with me if I allow him to do so. And he wasn’t nice to me as other 2 receptionists I met the next day. I kept the smaller room and didn’t ask to change because I arrived around 10pm & felt exhausted and took like 15mins to come back the reception cuz there is only one lift. But when I do check out I already mentioned - not to claim back anything but would like to improve things if in future I have chance to come back here as I normally booked in last minute and choose a place depending on prices + location I booked with Zedwell in London couple times but normally I stayed in Piccadilly Circus and always happy as clean nice room, good location closed to china town, multiple lifts don’t have to wait long, check in check out system very easy to use but receptionists always happy to help which is a big thanks

Check in was okay. There is only one lift in the hotel which causes a lot of delay in getting to reception and the rooms. The underground hallways to the room and very narrow and dark and have a damp smell which is quite unpleasant or difficult to navigate as the the signage can be confusing to follow. Once you reach the rooms or ‘cocoon’ they are extremely clean and aesthetically pleasing with amazing moonlighting. The bed is large and there is a big mirror in the room and bathroom. Not much privacy if you’re sharing with friends as the bathroom is only separated by frosted glass. Overall an okay stay for a quick rest

the hotel was nice with a different underground vibe, unfortunately the rooms were smaller than the photos, the location was awesome. In general our stay was good.

Customer service was exceptional and employees Janos & Saurabh were both helpful and kind. The hotel room is quite spacious for a pod, with high levels of cleanliness. Located in a central, convenient area. This is the ideal place for solo travellers that are looking for a relaxing place after a long day exploring.

Clean, Nice Staff and best location :)

This was my second time living here. My flight from the Netherlands was delayed, and I arrived in London a bit late. I was exhausted, and I could not catch the last train to my home. So, I chose to stay one night in London, and I chose to live here because the location was perfect and convenient to get around the centre of London. And also, my first experience living here really fascinated me. It is not recommended for people who do not waste time waiting for a lift, and every room does not have a window because the hotel is underground.

I understand that it’s a minimalist hotel but It’s very bare bones to the point where they don’t even offer toothbrushes but they can’t even provide a hairdryer. The light in the room also kept flickering. Very disappointing.
