Location is very good, close to Westfield shopping mall and Stratford underground. Check in and out process is very smooth and fast. All staff are very friendly, breakfast is enjoyable. However, the room cleanliness is really low quality, I can see dirty spots on lines and sofa. And I got bite as well.

Great location and perfect if you’re travelling into London via Stansted airport. Only 2 working lifts for 10 floors can be a pain at times

酒店位置還可以，不太好找，走拎着4個大箱子走錯了，第二個酒店才對。雖然隔得不遠，但是有很多行李，確實不方便.房間一般般，燈光有點詭異，紫色的. 房間沒有網絡。

條件不錯，每週日便宜。就在大商場邊上。

Really lovely staff, friendly and helpful . Tasty breakfast and very handy for Stratford. I only stayed one night but the room was comfortable and quiet and the meal in the restaurant in the evening was good value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel. In particular Ivan was a great host in the restaurant, welcoming and helpful in the reception.

Our group had a great time in London, fresh,clean, comfy beds and fantastic service from Brian, very helpful and friendly. He made our visit effortless and kept our luggage safe before and after check out, that way we could enjoy our trip around the shopping centre. Good breakfast service too!

First trip to London for the abba voyage and was worried about people being rude as only ever seen London folk on tv. The staff at this premier inn were so kind and friendly and very welcoming.The room was spotless. Clean bedding and towels. Lovely and warm. Comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was lovely and a plentiful supply of extra tea, coffee and sugar for rooms in reception area. What more can I say. Uber Taxi drivers also very friendly and chatty.

We booked this hotel for the proximity to the station for ease of travelling to sightsee. Also as it was close to the ABBA Arena as we had tickets for the concert. It is self check in which I’ve never done before but there was someone on hand to help. The hotel was very clean and our room on the 9th floor was very comfortable and quiet ensuring a good nights sleep. The breakfast was exceptional very tasty and a good selection of traditional and continental, I would stay again and if going to the Westfield Shopping Centre, the biggest I’ve ever seen it’s ideal.

The wifi didn't reach my room and the IT support team said it was not their responsibility as this was a hardware issue. The check in experience was aweful. No-one was on duty to deal with issues from the kiosks and only 2 of the 4 kiosks were working.

Accessible Room was brilliant for me. They have a hoist from bathroom to bed if needed. It was clean warm with very large comfy double bed, the room was lovely and quite. The breakfast had a good selection and was hot. The orange juice was awful it tasted metallic. The social area was good to meet for a drink. Great location for Westfields shopping & Abba voyage. The staff are lovely.

An ideal location for shopping at Westfield Mall and it wasn't far to go to the ABBA arena. Once we got our bearings we realised we had to walk through the mall for the underground. The staff were so friendly it was a shock as people here in Bournemouth are not so obliging. Great to see a flourishing shopping centre. Food was good and reasonably priced at the Premier Inn.

Amazing stay, team was lovely. Breakfast was no troubles, check in quick and easy. Additional and coffee available at reception. Very easy access from the station as well as Westfield shopping center is just a minute walk away. I will be back.
