The air conditioner was not working, and there was a heatwave in London. This was painful. I was given a slightly broken fan, which wasn't super effective but helped some during the night.
It was convenient for work though (next door practically), which was all I was after.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated how they went out of their way to accommodate my early arrival. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel is quite expensive considering the quality of service provided. The breakfast options were limited and underwhelming, and the room itself was disappointing. It had no window (I read no views to London, at it was literally true), which made it feel claustrophobic, and the ventilation system was both ineffective and noisy, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, with noticeable dust and lack of attention to detail. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, especially at this price point.

Decided to take a Premier Plus room to celebrate my 60th birthday and was not disappointed by the view - amazing city skyline. The service was second to none. Not only was it friendly and professional, it was also very considered. While I was eating breakfast, three of the staff members arrived with a cake and a card and sang Happy Birthday to me! The buffet breakfast was incredible - fresh fruit, cereal, coffee, bacon, sausages, eggs (cooked as you like) toast… A proper selection! Would definitely recommend staying here for its facilities and its location.

Team Angel were super friendly on arrival and went over and above to make sure it was a great stay! I had forgotten my phone charger and they managed to find one for me to use. Breakfast service was also great! will definitely be back to this hotel and will 100% recommend!

Overall, a great hotel which we would definitely return to. Great value, really nice big room and bathroom (we booked a Premier Plus room ) and excellent location. 2 mins walk from Angel tube station, a few minutes walk from LOADS of restaurants etc, and within easy reach of main rail stations. Special thanks to Gurdy, very friendly and helpful lady on the late shift. My one complaint was that there were no refreshments in our room - coffee machine and kettle, but no cups, coffee, biscuits etc. We didn't book breakfast so can't speak for that, but did enjoy a late drink in the bar and appreciated the late (12:00 noon) check out.

Great check in helpful and easy, booked premier plus on floor 5 room very good Breakfast excellent and the overall service from the front desk was very good special mention to Francesco superb service a credit to the hotel Will now start using this hotel when in London on business

Gurdy was amazingly helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and this is the third time we’ve come back because of how impressed we are with the hospitality and helpfulness that Gurdy shows. She is also very funny an every time at the front desk!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area and tube station close by. I especially appreciated the smooth check-in and check out process and the excellent breakfast.
