It's an intriguing concept. Lovely and quiet and not claustrophobic which were concerns. I struggled to get in.. the keyboard is on the door handle. It illuminates upon touch.

Nice change from a shared hostel dorm. Slightly more cost but facilities were good, fridge / kettle / microwave. I didn’t get a towel bit this was fixed fairly quickly. Location is about 15 mins walk from Whitechapel station. Only one shower so a queue in the morning for the 12 pod dwellers.

The location is very convenient, nearest station is Aldgate East station and very walkable distance to Liverpool Street. The bathroom is clean and the common area is ok for eating

Accessing the property was not hugely clear as I could not receive the instructional video via Trip, but once that was arranged with the staff directly everything else was easy. Handy welcome pack inside the pod of ear plugs, water, a towel and earphones for the tv. Pod was comfy enough. Earplugs are a must as you might get stuck with a noisy neighbour (as I did) but otherwise for what I paid it served its purpose

good size capsule clean shower/toilet. nice and quiet inside and no noise from outdoors could be heard

It was pretty good, but I struggled a bit with checking in as I wasn't sent the details to check in at all. I had to knock & thankfully there was another guest inside that let me in & gave me the number to text on WhatsApp to get the details to check in. But other than that, it was nice & quiet. I'd come again. 😊

For the price it would be difficult to find a better deal in London, if you’re a bit adventurous l would definitely recommend Cosmos

Really glad I found this hostel! It’s the first time I tried out capsule hostel, won’t be the last I guarantee! It’s close to brick lane, easy for me to walk to the bigger station. And it make me feel safe! The host is mostly helpful and gracious. Definitely recommend to any solo traveller and backpacker, best price and reasonable price for a resting place. The capsule has multiple of set up as well, so you can change the lighting inside as well, feel like I’m space station Love it!

I did not receive any essential information for self-checkin before I arrive. I was only able to go in and receive all the numbers that I need via WhatsApp which was told by other people who were happen to be there to let me in and be very kind to tell me how.

Un sitio muy chulo, primera vez que voy a un cápsula. Lo único que el lugar se sitúa un poco lejos de la parada de autobús o del metro. Hay un salón donde proporcionan café e infusiones, microonda y hervidor de agua caliente.

事前にチェックインの詳細メールが届くはずなのにメールが来ない。 そして施設に係りの人が1人も居ない。なのでwhatsappでこちらから連絡する必要がある。4泊したのだが問題は3日目、スリッパとタオルが回収されてしまい、補充も無し。whatsappで連絡した何処、翌日の11時にしか来れないとの事。あまりに酷い、二度と泊まらない。

位置不行，都到塔橋了，而且離地鐵站有點遠。吵，私人空間很小，安全措施不夠好，衹有一道密碼鎖，感覺門也是用點力就能掰開。

運氣很好遇到的人素質都很高所以非常安靜，地理位置也很好，周圍很多餐廳商店
