We had a great stay at vilenza hotel😘 walking distance to tower bridge,whitechapel train station and restaurants. The room is very clean and spacious for the price👌. Most importantly the staff are very friendly most specifically to unor bey.  çok teşekkür ederim ve Tanrı sizi korusun

They give us a basement with no window and very small and old room. Doesn’t same as the photo we booked.

Very cozy and cleany apartment, we felt comfortable here. Close to Whitechapel station, good location in London!

Worst stay possible. Will never come back. I dealt with the worst service possible.

Despite emailing hotel weeks in advance to request late checkout,these were never replied to, could not see the tv due to the wardrobe and there was no chair in the room. My partner smoked outside the hotel and when he arrived a member of staff ran after him and advised him not to smoke in the hotel, in a very unprofessional manner, obviously he had no intention of smoking in the premises, cleaners were knocking the door from 10 am ,when checkout was at 11. Cold shower , stained sheets,and faded towels,furniture and carpets worn ,and a horrible smell in the room. No lift to the upstairs rooms.

While the staff was friendly, the hotel itself left much to be desired. The cleanliness was questionable, with tacky carpets throughout the building. My room was oddly configured, with non-functional European sockets near the bed and a lack of in-room amenities like cups (which had to be collected from the hallway). The presence of noisy teenagers further detracted from the experience. Additionally, I woke up with bites on my legs, raising concerns about the room's hygiene. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff is good but there is no lift and the sofa cum beds are not comfortable for chidren

Great value for money. Rooms are surprisingly big with plenty of space for a family stay. Comfy beds, all the usual equipment you may need-fridge, microwave ect. Bathroom are upgraded. Ultimately it’s an old, characterful hotel turned into a small hotel. Staff is dupe friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend for budget stay in handy location.

The place is a family business which is great to support but all the other reasons are wrong. The room is uncomfortable and cluttered, full of dust and smells bad. Plus since 10am the cleaner starts to knock to remind you need to check out...
