The receptionists extremely rude and unprofessional, the whole experience is like we are living there for free on their discretion. The only person helpful in the building is chaba. Even the manager gives half hearted answers and is not very useful. The receptionists need to be taught basic manners to talk and customer service. Extremely pathetic place.

The location of the accommodation is in the heart of Central London. Close by Tube Station and Supermarkets are very convenient. Good Ambience and adequate facilities with reasonable pricing. Overall, good place for your next stay.

I stayed at this London hostel for over a year, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home from day one. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and key attractions. The cleanliness of the hostel was impressive, maintaining a spotless environment throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hostel for its excellent staff, top-notch service, ideal location, and impeccable cleanliness.

Lha is a very good place and the neighbourhood is so good and peaceful I feel glad that I’m staying in Belvedere house and the staff is so friendly in Belvedere house we got all facilities and I have met many lovely people here in Belvedere house

I've been there for like a month. The house is in a very good place. Next to the museum and other tourist places in London. The staff they are all very friendly. I felt like I was at home. They have a lot of showers and toilets in the building, so they are never busy. The internet connection is very good as well as the wash and dry machine perfect, also they have a kitchen for cooking you meal if you want. What can I say more? All perfect. Thanks to all. If I come back London. Of course I would love to stay with then again. I wish all the best to all the staff . Thank you and see you next time.

Lived here for more than a year and half. My experience at Belvedere House is nothing short of amazing. The staff are extremely helpful and very approachable. The rooms are very clean and tidy. Deep cleaning is done twice (Monday and Friday) every week and the bed Lenin's are changed every Wednesday. The corridors are vacuum cleaned everyday. The toilets, shower rooms, and kitchens are kept spotless. Free Wi-Fi, Laundry room, TV room and study room are added advantage. Special thanks to managers Mariela and Jacob, Asst manager Desmond, Chabba and all the other staff for making our stay at Belvedere memorable one.

The rooms are so good 👍 . In the accommodation, they provide a gym, tv room, and study room. It is good for students and business people for a long stay. the price is reasonable. Especially manager JACOB is so helpful and the staff also work well. They clean my room twice a week and daily they clean the mirror and sink in the room. staff provides bedsheet and pillow covers every Wednesday without fail.

Spent over a year at Belvedere House. My experience here has been nothing short of incredible. Efficient management, clean rooms, kitchens and toilets. Living right in the heart of London for such a reasonable accommodation fee, it can’t get any better!
