Overall stay was great. The pool had a a maintenance issue which was a let down for our stay but apart from that I would stay again

Fantastic time at this hotel, brilliant customer service and we got upgraded to a King room which was a lovely surprise. A clean room, with a really comfy bed and nice shower, plus amazing views from the window. What more could you want? The staff are really friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is yummy! Me and my friend were going to a concert at the O2 arena in North Greenwich & this hotel is so convenient as it’s only a short walk to the Canary Wharf pier where you can get the Uber ferry across to the O2. We were also allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out so we could do some sightseeing before we had to catch our train home later in the day. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip and we’re already excited about trying out the heated swimming pool and sauna next time!

Once again, what a lovely stay at the Lincoln Plaza. When they mothballed the hotel due to the pandemic we were saddened that we had to find alternative accommodation when we visited London. We saw it had opened again a few months back and decided to return, and our stay was exactly the same as their high standards pre-pandemic. I’d like to give kudos to Aalyan and Nicola on the main reception. We raised some preferences with our room type and Aalyan went above and beyond to ensure our stay met those needs, which we really appreciated. When we saw Nicola on reception we mentioned what we had planned for the day, and she gave us some very good tips and had an awesome day. Last of all to the lady who cooks the breakfast (apologies as I didn’t get her name), my husband will never forget your crispy bacon, some of the best he’s ever had. He’ll want it like that all the time now lol. Anyhow, thanks for a lovely few days.

I would like to express my gratitude towards the breakfast buffet restaurant and all the staff of the Lincoln Plaza London, Curio Collection by Hilton, Canary Wharf. This is my first time walked in customer, I enjoyed so much about the breakfast buffet offered by this hotel and I was so happy that I needed to thanks all the the staff of the restaurant for letting me and my sister to have such amazing experiences. Restaurant and concierge staff were all very nice and friendly to customers especially Eager(chef), Lin (chef) as well as Abhijit (waiter), they're all willing to help, asking for what we need and do the best for me and my sister, such an excellent service made me so sure that I'll come back again. Moreover, food and drinks are so yummy and fresh, I think the variety of food are well enough for customers. I strongly recommended this buffet breakfast offered by this hotel as the price is very attractive too. Thanks all!

Lovely room and great location. Everything was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend, also has a lovely spa. Aalyah at the front desk gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel very comfortable. He was so lovely and told us everything we needed to know for our stay and went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed it. Would recommend.

In London for one night for a show at O2. Hotel was very continently located to local metro for show and an easy car ride to the airport. Hotel was clean and well appointed. Rooms were larger and shower was nice. 24/7 room service is a great touch for late night shows! Would return next time I’m in town for a show at O2!

I don't normally write reviews however after such an amazing experience i felt the need to. I Stayed at this hotel for a business trip and I was super impressed, hotel is very clean and modern. All the staff are very welcoming and everyone I came into contact with was amazing. I want to say that to one of the ladies on the reception desk Amber , she was very accommodating and really helped assist with all my queries and made me feel very welcomed in the hotel, she really made my first impression excellent. The staff at breakfast and i think the manger called magdy I think, was superb as well. Overall a 10/10 experience and I will definitely come back in the future.

This Hilton hotel is very well located within the financial district; as soon as we arrived we were treated like family and greeted with a big smile from Nicola, she make sure we were taken care during our stay going above and beyond her duties, I really enjoyed our stay here, employees like Nicola need to be recognized she is one of the reasons I’ll come back again, Kudos to Hilton management for selecting and retaining valuable employees like her it really makes a difference. The bartenders & the Kitchen also did a fantastic job, breakfast was delicious!
