Detta är min andra vistelse på detta hotell, och du kommer aldrig någonsin att få ett rum som matchar din beställning. Hotellets läge är bra, nära tunnelbanan och Paddington. Tvivlar starkt på att det finns diskriminering. De nyrenoverade rummen tilldelades européer och lämnade de sjaskiga rummen till andra. Frukosten är inte värdig pengar, med lite mat och stånd, men många människor som väntar och köar varje dag. Jag skulle rekommendera att du köper från Costa mittemot hotellet om din bokning inte inkluderar frukost. Frukosten är värd till ett rimligt pris runt 15 pund maximalt.
Vi bokade ett drottningsrum nyrenoverat på trip.com. Men första natten sa receptionen till mig att uppgradera till ett dubbelrum i kategorin Superior på grund av att det inte fanns plats tillgängligt. Jag avvisade i första hand men receptionen insisterar på att inget annat rum är tillgängligt och ber mig att komma tillbaka till receptionen för att byta rum. rum. Det tilldelade rummet är ett sjaskigt rum med gamla bekvämligheter.
Den andra dagen på morgonen kom jag till receptionen för att begära ett rumsbyte som jag fick höra i går kväll. Men det var så svårt att byta rum efter att ha gått igenom en receptionspersonal och väntat i minuter på att en chef skulle godkänna och berättade för mig att det är det ENDA tillgängliga rummet. Sättet att tala är som att ta det oavsett om du accepterar eller inte, det är det enda valet för dig. Rummet som tilldelades var i mitten av tornet, men fortfarande ett sjaskigt rum med daterade bekvämligheter tills jag flyttade in, vilket inte matchar det jag har bokat. I rumsbytesprocessen blev jag ingen tillgång till mitt tidigare rum medan mitt bagage är i rummet. Under tiden hörde jag att ett gammalt par som precis checkade in den morgonen fick ett rum i östra flygeln som är ett nyrenoverat rum. Men hotellet berättade för oss att det inte fanns några andra rum tillgängliga för bara några minuter sedan.

The room and facilities are not bad, but the damp smell in the room is way too strong. We found that the smell is coming from the bathroom, but even with the door closed, it remains very noticeable. The whole room feels like it has been soaked in water.
There is still hair from the previous guest on the shelf at the entrance, which makes it feel like the cleaning was not very thorough.

Disappointing. No housekeeping was done over the 4 days I was there. There was amenities in the toilet and all the shampoo and body gel bottles were empty

Really bad experience. We all developed skin rash sleeping on the beds check in took forever. Staff were very rude at reception. All night we heard banging sounds. Very unpleasant stay. We booked 2 rooms and paid a lot of money.

Location and room was very nice for its price. It is a bit on the not popular area but its really close to marylebone and paddington. The rooms were huge so that was really comfortable

We were there for four days asking for shampoo and hand wash and they didn't bring any. It was empty and it was as if the bed wasn't like before. It wasn't comfortable at all.

I LOVE IT I WANT TO GO BACK, the room was so pretty and clean, I’m from Spain so here is not the same weather as there but the room was warm and the beds were so comfortable and I love it the food and the staff were so nice to us.

The room assigned was facing the bridge and was on the 10th floor. I could not endure the noise. I finally requested a room change at midnight. I was moved to the 13th floor, facing the same direction, with the same noise issue. Then I was moved to the 11th floor, where the room was smaller than the original one I had booked. Finally, I was assigned to another room on the 8th floor. It was so frustrating!
By the way, the porter Mr Stici is good and helpful in helping moving from one to another

I stayed there for four days, and my next stay will be for three days. I am very upset with the hotel's room arrangement. They assigned me a room at the far end of the corridor, next to the linen lift/tray, and it was noisy. The TV was not properly mounted on the wall and was tilted. There was no signal either. I found human hair on the bed and in the toilet. On the last morning, there was no hot water in the bathroom, which was a significant inconvenience. No one answered my calls for help. I had also requested by email for my parcels to be left at the concierge. I assumed the person at the concierge knew about it because the email was replied to. However, when I went directly to the concierge, the guy told me I should have asked him directly instead of sending it to the duty manager. He mentioned it would cost 20 pounds per parcel per day, but he could waive the fee for me. This seemed really odd.

It’s a good renovated hotel, their breakfast buffet is probably the best one out there. The only thing is location is a bit further out from everything else otherwise good hotel for the price!
