Good breakfast a bit out of centre 24/7 reception was great

酒店非常陳舊，親子房在半地下，很小，隔音也非常差，居住感受不好。交通比較方便，距離地鐵不遠，走路去肯辛頓公園也方便。

Upon checking in, we were informed that the lift was broken and our room was on the forth floor. The desk clerk offered us a choice of our room or a basement room. After checking them both out I chose the basement room which was smaller yet more accessible. Big mistake. The walls are paper thin, the pipes noisy all night, and we were screamed at by our neighbours for talking, after which he turned his TV up loud for hours. We couldn't sleep so we decided to go up to our original room but was told by the front desk it was now taken. We informed him of our threatening neighbours which he blew off. The room was cramped and dirty, the staff was incredibly rude throughout our stay. We passed up our free breakfast and booked another hotel for the night. This experience was a nightmare. The worst room and hands down the rudest staff that we have ever encountered. Book at your own risk.

We just needed a room to get our head down for the night as we were busy during the days. This hotel is perfect for that. Yeah it’s got some age related marks from peoples suitcases and the odd water stain from past leaks but it’s clean and tidy in general. listen, if you want a luxury hotel to spend time in then this is a big fat no! Go spend a load elsewhere. This is a clean roof over your head for the night hotel. Breakfast was decent and the staff friendly. Amazing location. Will definitely reuse when we next visit west London 👍

Stayed one night here. Having read other reviews we were expecting the worse & regretting our decision to book this. However, room was basic but clean and quiet. Basement room so very dim and dark. Room 107 overlooks a small tidy courtyard. Modern clean bathroom. Dated curtains and cushions. Bed was comfy but bouncy. Guess we are used to our memory foam mattress at home. Still managed a good nights sleep. The downside to here is you get two bath sheets, no handtowel in the bathroom. You have to pay a refundable deposit for the tv remote control and air conditioning unit remote which is a bit strange. breakfast was very basic. Boiled egg, juice, tea or coffee, toast jams butter 2 slices of processed ham and processed cheese and an apple. Offered cereal and muesli but even so it wasn't the best breakfasts we've had in a London hotel. If you want a simple hotel for one night then this fits the bill. Staff were pleasant. 5 minute stroll to underground station
