Very good location and transportation. We can easily walk at night time without any dangerous.

Location is very great, close too the station.

Все отлично, место супер - возле Бейкер Стрит и вокзала Мерилебон. Мы останавливались на одну ночь (пересадка). Очень ценно, что есть возможность оставить багаж, большое за это спасибо!

My stay was excellent- Sandra is amazing extremely helpful and welcoming. Joyce is always in such a happy mood. Big thanks Sabrin is going above and beyond to assist. Her kindness stood out. It made my stay in Marylebone much better. And Staff is very support. Especially Owais has been very cooperative and professional. And also Thank you very much Teju and Navya. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Clean room, comfy bed. Choice of pillows. Breakfast is ok. Everything you need but a bit of a faff having to get dressed to go down to take brekkie back up to your room. But that’s just my view. Great location for what I needed. Stayed on business to attend a course with work.

Nights stay for my birthday. Reception staff were super friendly & enthusiastic. Went above & beyond. Well located, super close to Marylebone station which has tube access to all the main attraction areas & outskirts. Spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable for an overnight stay.

Joyce made our stay perfect - friendly, polite and went out of her way to accommodate our requests and make our stay an enjoyable one. Great location and value, the hotel offered everything we needed for an overnight stay in London. Room was quiet for central London, bed and pillows comfy - had a good nights sleep.

Cleanliness was ok, although there was a very decent spider web in the corner. Room was too small to accommodate 2 adults and a child. No cleaning was offered for the room in a 3 night stay. The Location is excellent. Value for money is very good.

Room fairly basic. Enjoyed the KitKat though. Joyce at Reception was the highlight! Very friendly and welcoming. All staff lovely, I'm now just using up characters as it's telling me to write more. :) good locations, could see a nice building out the window.

Very with service brilliant nice staff work here jagadeesh was decent an helpful person he asked did I enjoy my stay which I did asked did I sleep well an showed genuine concern when I said I didn't he asked was it to do with the room which it wasn't and he pointed me in the right direction for me to get a nice breakfast

Me and my 3 friends lived here because of some concert happening near by and the place was absolutely amazing peaceful sleep no noise anywhere around we came late for check in and the receptionist owais ali helped us amazingly and it went through easily and he gave an absolute very amazing costumer service

Stayed here before the Who at the Albert Hall. There was a mix up with the rooms ( my fault!) but a young lady called Navya was very patient and sorted it for us .rooms were very comfortable and clean.And staff were excellent. Will stay again!Many thanks !

Stayed here for one night for conference. Clean, basic hotel very near Marylebone Train and Tube Station. Good location for central London attractions. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful especially Joyce. Enjoyed our stay.
